“I'm always worried about the chicken in these "bowl" places as they are usually dry. A "no thanks" to dry chicken breast. So, this time I ordered the "Angus" beef. Surely it *has* to be juicier than the chicken, right? Wrong. My wife chose correctly ... the chicken. Oh well, I think it's hit or miss here and this time it was a miss for me! Still tasted good but I had to load up on the Magic sauce. The veggies and rice were cooked perfectly.“

“My friend & I wanted to eat something relatively healthy. She suggested this restaurant. I’ve always seen the Flame Broiler but this was my first time visiting & it won’t be my last!
🥙 Food: plenty of healthy options. I ordered a regular bowl with half angus beef and half chicken and veggies and brown rice. The beef was really dry but the chicken was DELICIOUS.
They also have a variety of sauces to choose from. The jalapeño sauce was AMAZING.
Vibe: this is a fast casual restaurant. Not the most comfortable place to sit for a long period of time but there were tables and chairs available that were clean.“

No, you can not cook your own meat at this location... but who needs to... When you have an authentic chef in the kitchen.
Don't judge a book by its cover and stop and try them. You won't be disappointed!!
