“The pizza and staff are by far the best in the HD. They make mistakes sometimes because no one is perfect but they will always make it right 💯 Top tier ingredients and service. Been going here since they opened and not stopping anytime soon.“

“After driving past Pizza Factory multiple times, we finally decided to give it a try, and we’re so glad we did! We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and mild wings. As a bonus, we won free breadsticks from the spinning wheel, and they were absolutely delicious…fresh, warm, and perfectly seasoned.

The pizza was outstanding! The crust was crisp on the bottom, with just the right amount of toppings. My husband, who is originally from New York, was especially impressed and said it tasted just like back home.

To top it off, we ordered cannolis, and they were amazing! We’ve tried cannolis from several places in the area, but these were by far the best—just like an authentic Italian bakery in New York.

Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!“

“I always order the pepperoni Pizza with the wings. The food is always fresh and the staff are nice and friendly. Never had a issue on ordering. Only down side is the dining area is always dirty. When it's slow, I dont see the staff trying to clean the tables or sweep the floor. Their's only 1 or 2 staff working so at least the janitor could help out.“

“It's one of those days where you just need an easy grab it and go dinner so I just went in Too little Caesars because I remember the excellent customer service I had on my last visit. To my pleasant surprise, Danielle was there to greet me with a smile again. She is so friendly, she was patient while exciting l explaining the new name for the extra most bestest . Going into the store has been a positive experience both times so I don't believe that they have a fair rating. I know people can get a little cranky when they're hungry or maybe there "hot and ready" wasn't ready. I am literally using talk to text as I drive away from this Little Caesars. My service was so exceptional that I didn't even want to wait until I returned home to write this review. I was helped by a woman named Danielle, she not only helped me in the store she actually answered a phone call prior to my arriving. She was so friendly on the phone, I knew I would have a a good experience I even walked into the location. And when I got to the store her customer service skills were out of this world. The guests before me was not super friendly but Danielle handled it like a champ. I definitely will be returning to this particular store. I am new to the area, I always try to support places that know how to hire people with good personalities. Thanks again Danielle you are a single-handedly the reason I will be coming back to this store.. Yes,I have not eaten yet, yes I am aware that I maybe should have waited. I'm guessing with how good the food smells along I with how all team members seem to be happy working there, I'm I'm feeling quite confident that I'm not going to be disappointed.

Kevin, you are also AWESOME!I recently made a comment about the car side timer and the GM (I believe his name is Kevin..
