“I know this is a taco truck and most people go for the Mexican food but this place has the best cheeseburgers in the area!! The burger and fries are amazing, and it definitely beats driving to Modesto or Turlock for a burger fix. I love this truck and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.“

“If you are tired of eating Mexican food and no disrespect to Mexican food or tacos! "I love Mexican food!" Well, come on out and try a Little Taste of El Salvador. Here, they serve the Pupusas, which I can say is like going to Mexico and getting tacos at every corner. The pupusas are feel with smash Chicharon, cheese. Loroco, etc... different flavors for your taste buds! I had 3 types when I visited them. I had one loroco con queso, one Chicharon and queso, and a revuelta that is a mixture of Chicgaron, cheese, beans, and perhaps something else I'm a sucker for Pupusas, and this place did make my taste buds say yummy for my tummy ? ??. I will definitely come back again. The price for the pupusas are $4 each, and as you can see in one of my pictures, they are the size of a plastic fork. The reason why I measure it like that it's because in some other places they are smaller and thinner and not enough feeling in them, oh they are a little bit more pricey. "I really hope that this place will sell them that size or a little bit bigger and a little bit thicker and a little bit more stuff!"

On another note, they can be vegetarian order then without the meat.

“The reviews had me pumped up about the burrito. It was good but a little overly spicy for my taste. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but it does a job with filling portions. I do feel the burrito could be a little bigger as I tasted a lot of tortilla. The California burrito was the better of the two burritos I tried but I really can't do that nacho cheese. I would give them another try but order something different. I heard the tacos de tripas are good. Overall this is a average taco truck. I'm coming from Merced and there is a lot of really great trucks there so it's why I rated this only 4 stars.“

“We used Rollin Smoke for our wedding and it was delicious. Everything arrived on time and was set up perfectly. They set up everything and made it so easy. People are still talking to us and telling us about the beans and how delicious it all was. We had pulled pork, brisket, beans, and Mac n chz. All of which was delicious. “Bought: 3 tacos asada, no onions, no cilantro (yes, I know... blasphemy!) Short Version: "Par" tacos that improved to "good" after applying lemon, for good price. Long Review: Tortillas on the tacos are on the smaller side of normal, doubled up as usual, and has a corn-ier flavor. Meat is finely chopped, and tastes alright on its own, with occasional chunks of fat blended in (which could be a plus or a minus, depending on your tastes. See picture). Sauce on its own is alright, and moderately spicey. The portion is a dollup in the middle (see picture). I feel like the tacos with more sauce were better, so I'm inclined to suggest to the owner to slightly increase the amount on the tacos. However, it would also make them a bit spicier, so might turn off more sensitive customers. (Keep in mind, this is without cilantro or onions) On my first taco, I tried it unaltered and had nothing particularly positive or negative to say. It was ok, if a bit on the bland side for what I would expect. For my second taco, I grabbed a slightly saucier one and this time generously applied lemon to it. This taco was much better, really livened it up. I still am not sure I would put it at the best of the best, but for $1.50, I was pretty happy. For the third, I added the jalapeno into the mix, and liked the additional kick, but it had less of the lemon juice (used much on #2) and salsa, and that flavor didn't come out quite as much. Overall, about even with #2. Two lemons would have been a good idea. Service was part, although truck operator (owner?) acted a little odd (anxious? Confused? Suspicious?) About me taking pictures and such. Seemed ok after I explained it was for Google. I didn't use the radishes. No comment on any other menu items (burritos, quesadillas, etc), because I didn't buy them.“

“There's a lot of places you COULD eat at the fleamarket on Tuesdays. There's a variety of different types of food, from many different ethnicities which compose the populace of the area.... But man, you GOTTA give these guys a try. Truly.The food is absolutely spectacular. Small dishes, such as their namesake are easily handled and, in this humble reporters opinion, just a hands down flat out knockout spot to grab a bit of grub. The owners are very friendly, bilingual, and treat their customers well, from service (which, especially for me, as a fellow vendor who is busy with the work inherent in making a profit at the salesyard and truly doesn't have much of an interval open during the majority of the day to peruse the promenade, as it were, in order to be fed and still get back to my spot so as to make some "bread" for myself without losing too much time attending the selling spot. I've had a few times now since I've been able to talk to the owners where I may not even need to order, simply talking with the chef beforehand while he sets up the tables and pays attention to the details of presentation and preparation, a slow bit of the day for him but a rush for my sales, and voilà, along about the mid day shift in the crowds composition between buyers in the AM and eaters in the PM, I will suddenly hear a friendly greeting of "Hey, Amigo." only to find that I've being GIVEN a substantial amount of delicious stuff along with the peppers the chile as well as all the other accoutrements, oftentimes without any idea that they were actually treating me to a meal, gratis.) So yeah they got service down no problem. They're prompt too when you order the food. It's often not long before you are already digging in... even when it's busy.And as I said before, there's a variety of choices for a bite, but I'm not only recommending this place, but am also VERY grateful for the help of a meal for a man such as myself, eeking out a living from the margins of society. “If I can say one thing about Authentic Street Taco (AST), it would be that THEY DELIVERED. Literally and figuratively. We absolutely over ordered and we could not be happier about it. AST was our end of the night caterer (Wedding on 12/21/24, for reference). We chose to have the food dropped off & set it up in buffet style. There were no unhappy guests & bonus, what we took home, we enjoyed the next night! As a matter of fact, we had some leftover quesadillas (don't know how that happened), so we froze them & later threw into an air fryer & OMG it was amazing. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend. “I've had at least half of their menu, and everything is delicious. Especially their carnitas. One of the few places that makes them well. Only had a chunk of fat one time in the past 7 years, and to me, a mouth full of chewy fat is why i dont return to most places. Not to mention, the carnitas are crispy on the outside but soft and tender on the inside, not dried out. You won't be disappointed!“
