Just went tonite. I got a wrap and fries and drink. It was about 21.00. ( so on the pricey side ) It was ok , but to be honest i liked the last place before them ( they also did wraps) i liked theirs better and the garlic sauce they used. And i wanted some extra garlic sauce on the side , but i guess they charge for it (he just put some extra on the wrap ) , which made it fall apart. So i took home to eat the rest
i really wanted to try the beef hot dog , but they were all out. ( and the ketchup and mayo are in packages ) not on the side like in some photos , i just prefer it on the side instead of opening a few packets.“

“Enjoyed bringing my 90 year old mom and my best friend. Old time German deli and a full butcher shop too. Lots of deli sandwiches to choose from. The bread was very soft and delicious. Make sure that when you order from the lady in front that she gets the correct order. Mom wanted a chicken salad sandwich and she asked if she could have it on sourdough bread ( as it is on the menu for grilled cheese samdwich)...but the lady said NO it is only for grilled cheese. So my mom said ok chicken salad. Meaning the chicken salad sandwich. But apparently the lady thought she meant just a plain chicken salad. When my friend and I got our tri tip and brisket sandwiches, my mom's order never arrived. So I went up and said where is my mom's chicken salad and she pointed to the butcher and said you have to get it over there from him..I was confused but said ok and he came over and asked what I wanted and I said a chicken salad and he got be a small tub of what looked like a kind of old unattractive chicken salad. No onions or crunchy things like celery in it. Mom was disappointed. I believe it was a whole misunderstanding as when I brought it to mom she said where is my bread. So I went back and ordered her one bread roll. Had to pay extra. I didnt care about the money. I felt bad for my elderly mom who just wanted her chicken salad sandwich but never got that. Had tk make it herself. She said i never want to come here again. I felt so bad. I used to come here a lot as a child. Too bad. My sandwich was good and so was my friend's. The meat was a bit tough and I wished it had been chopped up a little bit for more easy eating. There frig was quite empty and it made me feel like we were in Russia during a famine..Leo the guy making our sandwiches was very kind and so was the sweet girl there too. I liked the cashier but it was a bad thing mom not getting to eat for another 20 minutes. The system is a bit difficult. Oh well.“
