TLDR: ANTS, MOLD, UNCLEAN DISHES, CROSS CONTAMINATION, EXPIRED FOOD I worked here as a cashier and certified trainer... I don't wanna say my name here because this might be brutally honest. I can confirm that cleanliness is stressed by everyone higher up than crew members. Let me start with explaining how this place gets their dishes washed. It's every crew member's responsibility but guess what? No one does them--to the point where this store has someone come in for a dishwashing shift at 5:00 PM. Thats right. 5. So that pan of cheese or chicken or whatever sits there for half the day and whoever cleans them soaks them, RINSES them, then sticks them directly into the dish SANITIZER (keep in mind this Hobart Dish SANITIZER does not remove dried, stuck food debris) where not all surfaces of each dish are being exposed to the chemicals due to simply overfilling... There are training videos but of course no one is watching to make sure employees are following them. There's no camera back there. Even when I worked there, I would have to take dishes back (and I know for a fact some people use that sht anyway) because the steel had a strange brown "stain" what was just food (marinade, rice, beans, queso, and avocado, usually) that had never been fully scrubbed off. There is a sponge they have that WILL remove that stuff. Kay power pad or something. No one bothers to. Additionally to the unclean dishes... There were many times where I'd clean the food prep areas or even tell my coworker who was making food to wipe up when they're done (which would sometimes even get me a talking to for doing someone else's job) and fifteen minutes later it would be covered in everything--and if I didn't clean it no one would until closing or shift change. I can guarantee anyone that that fryer doesn't get cleaner or filtered nearly as often as it needs to be. Half the time when the chips are slightly darker than usual... it's because the SUNFLOWER SEED OIL has turned BLACK with burnt tortilla. Gross. HOT SPOTS FOR ANTS AND OTHER BUGS: Underneath that soda fountain in the dining room!! The seating the front of the store and bottom windowsill! And yes, a few times I had seen ants or spiders make their way to the FRONT LINE. Speaking of the soda fountain area, AVOID THE AGUA FRESCAS. There were times even as an employee that I could S M E L L that they had gone bad after over a week of simply adding more juice rather than emptying, refrigerating, and cleaning the thing... I cleaned mold off that thing more times than I care to count. CROSS CONTAMINATION: I have seen way too many people in the Grill position using one set of tongs to flip half-raw chicken and then use the SAME ONES to remove the fully cooked chicken from the grill--and furthermore--used the same tongs to flip steak. EXPIRED FOOD: I've seen lettuce, salad, salsas, guacamole, chips, and taco shells have their DATE AND EXPIRATION LABEL REMOVED AND REPLACED a day+ after being prepared to show a later expiration date. Go to another Chipotle. This one might look fine sometimes... but for the price of the food, just go somewhere else. You'll get better results.

Bad customer service!! Lied about not having certain foods.. I went in wanting a bowl the worker said they were out of lettuce when there was lettuce. We also wanted chips and she also states they were out when clearly they were right in front of me.

I went there not too long ago with some coworkers for our lunch and there was a very rude employee her name was Micaela and we were ordering and she just threw the food very poorly onto the bowls and threw the receipt in a very rude way, her tone was very rude, I’ve gone here quite often and never had experienced this and it just sucks.

This place gave me food poisoning. I ordered a bowl from here for pick up and soon as I got home I ate it and then started vomiting and had diarrhea a bit after.

It's a miracle! I've come here several times and this was the first time they actually had all ingredients I asked for!This place is bad. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Service is horrible. Most employees are slow. They look like they don't want to be there and have an attitude.I feel bad for the one or two employees that actually care and bust their butt to do a decent job.The only reason I still come here once in a while is because my son likes their burritos.2 stars for showing improvement from my last visit.
Disgrace! The place looked unsanitary: only a couple of customers and almost all the tables were dirty and the floors as well. There was an abandoned dirty cleaning rag next to the flatware station. More than one drink was out in the machine. They also ran out of guacamole and salsa and white rice: staples!!!! The server area where you order looked so dirty too! So sad to see this for Hollister: we need restaurants here but this is a true embarrassment!!!!! Really hoping someone in upper management for the region sees all these bad reviews for this location!

The food is pretty good but sometimes my tortillas are a little bit stale/hard at the ends. However, most of the workers are really rude and always have an attitude. My mom ordered about 4 items, and the cashier (who didn’t even make the order) had an attitude and was so rude. The cashier also saw that there was a line/getting busy, but did not help her coworker at all. She just stood there the whole time, very lazy worker.

This location is hit & miss. This time the bowl was ok but the chips were stale. When I have been before the portions were almost nonexistent but were fine this time. Service was above average, the young lady was polite & helpful. Still looking for a consistent place for fast food mexican food.
