I never have to much problems any chipotle I gone too but sadly this one made me upset. August 16 around 9pm I went to get food. At the moment the employees were busy to take our order but another employee came out to help start the order but unfortunately the employee that started the order was cleaning the tables with chemical spray bottle and didn’t change his gloves used the same one to get the bowel started prepping everything till another employee took over. Great Mexican food at very reasonable prices.
Ordered on line. Wrong pick up time was sent. Tried calling several times to change pick up time. No one answers so the call is sent to a call center. Need to have a way to contact the store you order from. The chat is absolutely worthless.
