Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pizza over the phone for delivery was told 1:30 wait time, I gave all of my card info to pay and placed my order. 1:40 later I call to check the status, I'm told the pizza is out for delivery, 1:50 and I call again only to find they never placed my order so they never even made it. Really crappy waiting 2:00 for a pizza just to find out they never even placed your order

Our order arrived an hour late and only after I called to remind them of the delivery. Then they were missing one of our pizzas and told me my only options were wait until he finishes his other deliveries or store credit. We had already waited an hour so we just chose store credit even though I would’ve preferred a refund. Super disappointing.

Order was placed 45 minutes earlier online. I arrived at the store. Was told it be another 30 minutes before I'd get my order!!!! No explanation other if I wanted it I'd have to wait!! Canceled order. Normally place 4 orders per month or more on my purchases! I used too----- with this response I received!!!!!

I have ordered from this Domino’s in Hollister three times and every time my food takes over an hour to get to me and is always cold or lukewarm. Do not recommend only pick up if you order.

We are STUNNED at how awesome Domino's Pizza is now!! You're our new favorite local pizza restaurant, even over Mountain Mike's and Round Table, (which says a lot.)

Your crust is crispy, the toppings are fresh, the tiny pepperoni is very crisp, the sauce has just the right amount of kick without being too spicy.

And it's piping HOT after it gets home!

Your staff is very friendly and helpful with us older folks over the phone. They help us find a coupon that will help.
