The server took close to 10 minutes to get to our table. Mind you, there were only 2 other tables sitting at this time. Asked for water when she arrived, had to remind her once food arrived, i asked for water. Both my wife and I got sick. Our stomaches hurt that night into the next day (perhaps slight food poisoning). We ate different meals hamburger for me, and she had pulled pork tacos. Menu is wayyyy too long, clearly it needs to be reduced and quality increased but we won't come back after this one. Sad because hollister lacks amazing casual dining options...oh well.

This place used to be off the freeway as you got near Hollister. So when I typed chill and grill. It brought me to its new location it's been 4 yrs since I last visited. Man, the atmosphere was amazing. It was a football Sunday. We walked in and were greeted instantly. Sat just as fast. We trailed as we were in awe of everything going on. Band was setting up. Getting ready to start. They have the nfl ticket, so every game was on or just about over. The place is really cool. Had board games. My daughter instantly gravitated to the Giant Connect 4 game they had . The menu is 1 heet front and back but food options are huge. Pizza bites were good. Garlic fries were ok.. I did feel I could've made them at home but still good. The beer list was huge. Tons of beer options to take home. Take home beer not drink there haha. (Inside menu joke). Over place was cool. My sandwit h was ok. Wife's baked potato was interesting. My son got a street dog.. that was better then my sandwich. I regret not trying something outside my comfort. Place is cool great place for beer and hang outs . I highly recommend it.

Worst food ever, burnt fries , hamburger patty looked like a chard hockey puck! Bun was stale , waiter was so nice , second time here , we won’t be back

I don't know why Hollister restaurants can't get it right. The food here is mid. The brisket tacos are dry, minimal sauce to make up for it and a dry "slaw". The jalapeño poppers have the worst quality bacon, lack of flavor and pretty soggy. The burgers are overcooked even when ordered medium rare. The beer is constantly out of order for options. Shrink your menu and focus on quality. Too much going on is clearly causing a distraction from good quality food.

Overpriced cold baked potato with tri tip steak & processed cheese. Took way too long to get my food, where was my cold baked potato? Not in a warmer or near an oven. 2nd time I was there & will not be goin back.

Awesome local spot in Hollister. Great service, excellent food, and beautiful selection of beers. Riding through to Hollister OHV, glad this place was recommended to us
