I went in for sandwiches 2 weeks ago.To my surprise they have added a “view blocker” so you now cannot see what they are doing with the meats.Meat had already been cut back, you have to order deluxe to get the amount they use to put on sandwiches.I asked for “deluxe” when I saw the meat on it…it was LESS meat than a regular order.I asked if it was deluxe and she took it back and put more but I was charged double meat.SUBWAY! Get a dang grip. You charge enough already but raising the price and cutting the meat? NO!Move the vision blocker from the meat station and have enough dignity to let us see how horribly “money grubbing” you have become!The folks that work there are some of the nicest there are. Our store is so friendly and until the vision blocker happen, I loved getting my food from that store. No more Subway!

Ordered online and had both of my sandwiches made the wrong way. Paid extra for cheese on both to have them have no cheese. One sandwich had 2 long brown hairs on the outside of my sandwich as soon as u un wrapped it. The young women making my sandwich had air pods in her ears and talking on the phone while she serviced people in front of me. She wasn't paying attention to what she was doing.

I've been going to this location since they opened. Always had great service, today I went two ladies were working, I got the Monster the amount of meat was small. I told her that really looks like she put any meat, she got offended and said that's the new policy we were going back and forth.I said ok add more meat. Then she didn't want to put the bacon that came with the sandwich, gave me two strips. Then her and the other lady were being disrespectful and rude saying things at that point I let it go and left thinking what happened to the good service? Hard workers are hard to find!

My online orders are never right. I tried to call and the phone was not taking calls and the mailbox was full. If you want a delivery, get your subs from McCray Subway instead.

I have eaten many places and in the last 2 years I get really annoyed at how customer service is not a priority. I don't need much but if I feel like I am bothering employees by giving them my business I don't go back. I also will let them know. Because the ladies here were so pleasant and polite to my friend and I on a particularly stressful day I give 5 stars. It was clean, produce very fresh and there was a generous amount of ingredients (some places skimp on the meat). Would recommend when choosing one of the Subways in Hollister.

After years of coming here I had my first negative experience nothing to do with subway but with an employee i had just ordered my sandwich when the lady made a negative comment to my special needs son as he tried to communicate with her kindly she said dont speak to me in english if you want to speak to me speak to me in spanish im sorry but the owners need to hire other employees who are more professional than this ... as a mother who battles everyday with mean stares becuase of my son's speacial needs this is heartbreaking ?

My 5-year-old son wanted to be nice to the person who attends and the person was rude to him. It is not fair that they treat a child badly for not knowing the language. He spoke English and the person said that if he wanted to speak in Spanish. It is not the way to treat a child, I demand that you do something about it
