I have eaten many places and in the last 2 years I get really annoyed at how customer service is not a priority. I don't need much but if I feel like I am bothering employees by giving them my business I don't go back. I also will let them know. Because the ladies here were so pleasant and polite to my friend and I on a particularly stressful day I give 5 stars. Excellent costumer service, i love this location, even though i drive longer to get to this location is ok, they greet you right away, very professional and always polite and helpful. I love the tuna sandwich with Italian bread and lots of jalapeños. And their cookies. By the way they sell coffee too which is very convenient thank you

I used to like coming to this location but after today, I'm sticking to Togo's. The ice always has black stuff in it and I have brought it to the staff's attention months ago but it's still an issue. Today I got a sub and the bread is stale. I'm always having to ask for extra veggies because this place is SO STINGY now, I don't ask for extra meat because I'm not paying extra to get a normal amount.
