First time this place on recommendation an 8 out of 10 I ordered a combined pizza but onions was missing and wings when we finished eating we didn't have that much time there when the employees and including the cook looked at us like they already wanted us to leave that made us feel uncomfortable I hope they improve that We didn't even have 2 hours in that establishment but anyway I would think twice about returning to all this, the place looks clean

I will never order pizza from this establishment. Sinng the owner was very rude and lousy Customer service. Because they delivered the wrong pizza to me twice, I was told not to order pizza from them again that they no longer wanted my business and to not order pizza from there again. Plus we were charged for a pizza we never got! It's a shame because we love supporting local family owned businesses and it's sad to see how they act to the community who is supporting them. We were in disbelief being treated like this! Thankful that's not the only pizza place here in Hollister to order pizza from.

Horrible. Under cooked crust (every time). Boring flavorless sauce. Totally over priced for Dominos quality.

Its decent pizza place, not sure I'd go out of my way to come here, but if you're in Hollister it's probably the best option.

Went to Valley Pizzeria for the first time after wheeling at a nearby offroad park. My intent was to find the most "hole in the wall" pizza place I could because I'm not a fan of franchise pizza. This place definitely checks that box.-As we entered the restaurant, we got a throwback kind of vibe (it's a good thing).-The menu has a good selection of pizza styles and other items, yet it's not complex.-We ordered a large Carnivore Pizza along with some of their bone in wings (honey Sriracha if I remember correctly).-we were seated and promptly received our order of wings. The wings were phenomenal. They weren't undercooked like at other places. Even though the wings had sauce, you could still feel the crisp on the skin as you bit into them. Safe to say they were well done but not overcooked. (Perfect)-The pizza was brought to the table almost immediately after we received the wings. Just by looking at it, we knew the pizza was gonna be just as good as it looked. The crust had a golden texture along with a few burn bubbles, the meats had a crispy rim surrounding the edges. The cheese consistency looked like it was just enough cheese (not too much, not too little), and when we picked up a slice, the pizza didn't flop! It had a nice rigid structure. The undercarriage was crusty and crunchy while maintaining the same texture throughout the crust. When you bit into it, the toppings didn't slide off all over the place, and there was a nice and subtle crunch! The pie itself was a bit larger than your typical large pie at a franchise place. One thing I recommend if you're taking the pizza home is to reheat it in an air fryer at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. It'll come out just a bit crunchier but will still taste as if it was fresh. If you heat it in a microwave, you'll have soggy crust and a chewy pizza.Overall, this hole in the wall pizza place was a hit! We will definitely be going back after every wheeling trip. This review may seem long, but if you love pizza the way I do, you'll understand that a pie has to have certain characteristics to qualify as a true, made with a purpose pizza.
