It's my second time eating here. Service was quick. Me and my husband had brunch here on a holiday and there were a few customers. The food we ordered were all very delicious. Their nachos I assume are made in house since it was warm when it was served and the guacamole and salsa hits the spot. I like their pina colada..you can taste a small hint of alcohol. I would come back here again to try their other food. And, the ambiance feels that you're back in Mexico with the colorful interior. Everything feels authentic in this place.

One star... I ordered spicy shrimp. Waitress brought out garlic shrimp realized mistake and said she'd have kitchen redo. Meanwhile my husband's food was brought out a few minutes earlier. . I asked for more chips. When we were ready for the check, we weren't able to view bill before paying. I was told receipt could be emailed. When we left restaurant and finally received email I saw that we were charged for more chips. It's not the money but the point that that they actually charged me for chips when I had to wait for my food. Also they should provide a drink menu so the prices are known. Disappointed as I see good reviews. Will not be back.

We finally went o check this place out at around noon on Saturday. There was only one other guest so the service was very fast and good came out fast as well. I loved my Michelada and my bf likes his strawberry mimosa. We ordered the Hollister skillet and the quesabirria. The skillet was good and my quesabirria was good but it was missing cheese so I would try something different next time I go.

Last weekend my wife and I went out into town to try something new. We've read mixed reviews for Yeye's. We decided to give it a try. Well, I felt sorry for the young lady working by herself as the waitress. There 4 tables with each table ranging from 2 people to 8 people. We sat down and began observing. Waitress was trying her best but could not manage the drink orders for each table. We sat waiting on menus and to order our drinks and appetizers for 20 minutes. My wife stated, should we leave and go to the other place around the corner where we both like their service, drinks and food? I said no, lets give these guys a shot. Finally the waitress came over and took our drink order, wife chose one of the established alcoholic beverage and I ordered a simple iced tea. We noticed that the waitress was also covering the bar tending service. After taking our order, we noticed she began making mixed drinks. after making two drinks at a time, she would deliver the drinks. We waited another 20 minutes for my wife's drink to arrive. My simple iced tea took another 10 minutes to arrive after I asked for it a second time. We also inquired about chips & salsa. After waiting and going through our first drink, the waitress finally came back around to take our food order. My wife ordered their Camaron de Diabla and I ordered their Chicken Mole Enchiladas. We were surprised how quickly our food arrived. We also ordered another drink. My wife was not impressed with her plate option. When she ordered she was information that it was a spicy dish. My wife said she enjoyed spicy. Well, to her disappointment, she said it tasted like a water downed Tabasco sauce. My mole enchiladas were good. Unfortunately we won't be giving them another try any time soon. Maybe in 6 months, we may return. Best to all~

For being under staffed everything was awesome! The ceviche has a unique flavor, but the steak sandwich is to die for if you're gonna have any drinks only have one they're tasty, but they are creepers

Food was just average and the service was just OK. The food was very under seasoned, and many of the items tasted like it was premade.

Decided to enjoy a night out and went here for dinner. The place was super clean and the atmosphere was really welcoming. The service was great and the food was tasty. My husband got the garlic butter shrimp it needed a bit of salt but the shrimp were very sweet and there was a lot. I ordered the enchiladas I got beef with green sauce. The sauce was so good. Rice and beans were flavorful. Overall a great experience!

Today my spouse and I went here because I saw a posting to one of the Hollister FB pages. My husband ordered Chorizo con huevos and I got La Mexicana con huevos, and two Diabllaitos to drink. Both came out pipping hot with steam coming off the food. Each cane with homemade frijoles and choice of hash browns. Mine had Huevos, frijoles and i got the hash browns. Good amount of food with flavor. I'm giving it four stars because the hash browns could have been cooked a bit longer but none the less was still tasty. The drinks were very good and well presented. The best thing of all was how clean the place was. There was no dust hanging from the pipes that run through up top or on the top of the TV screens. Will come again to try their dinner. Oh ask for the house salsa they have a verde y rojo and both have a smidge of heat. It would be nice if the meal came out with the salsa so people get a chance to try it. Overall great experience.

Excellent Mexican food in Hollister, where there are so many choices for authentic Mexican food. This is a new standout! Their food is fresh and homemade for sure (although I'm not about the tortilla chips). The Birria bowl (made only on weekends) is fantastico! The green avocado chile salsa that is served with it is fresh and spicy. I noticed that the beans are more whole smashed style rather than loaded with fat and puréed, which I prefer. The service is friendly and prompt. It is a very clean place with bright cheery paint colors and little touches like fresh orchid garnishes on the plates. You won't be disappointed here! Let's keep good restaurants in business. Visit today!

Empanadas camarones were fantastic. Seafood tostada mixta not so great. It was piled high, but a lot of imitation crab meat and somewhat tough squid. I think it would have been better with just shrimp. Chips and salsa met expectations. Bathroom was a bit of a mess. Service was very fast, especially given that there was an enormous birthday party in the dining room.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Food didn't meet expectations unfortunately. Expensive for Mexican food.
