Tacos Neza Hollywood

The perfect place to grab lunch or dinner. My wife had the house burrito and LOVED it, and I ordered the 3-taco carne asada plate, each one of which was PACKED with delicious meat. Absolutely delicious!

The food works as sustenance and isn't bad. But it also isn't particularly good.

Really yummy.... get the mole chicken if you want something sweet. The guacamole was probably some of the best guacamole I've tasted from one of these mall-type of places. Super friendly staff. A bit hard to find. It's on the third floor all the way around. Just keep walking past the Johnny Rockets and it's facing Hollywood Boulevard. Nice quiet spot too.

I was on vacation for a week and went here twice. It was that good! I had the el pastor tacos both times. Highly recommended.

Impressed! The tacos are made fresh to order. There is no cashier and you must order electronically and only electronic payments are accepted. The chicken mole taco was delicious and saucy with good savoury chocolate flavour on a fresh made corn tortilla. The pastor taco with bits of fresh pineapple was also tasty. Honestly, it tasted just like the tacos I had in Mexico. Delicious! It’s just missing those salsa/sauce and condiment bars that other Mexican taco places have.

Burrito bowl and tacos were decent. You might find better Mexican options in the neighborhood.

Food was excellent. I got the Chicken Wrap in a bowl. It comes with some green sauce and a packet of hot sauce. The flavor was great and the Apple coleslaw just heightened even more. Highly recommended this place. Only downside is outside the restaurant in the mall could have been cleaner. Inside the restaurant was very clean.

I stopped in here really quick as I had some time to kill before an appointment. I got two Asada tacos and they were sooooo good! They came out pretty fast too, which was perfect.

Great little find. I'll be back next time I'm around!

How to find this place (from street level) so that your delicious veggie burrito is still hot when you go to pick it up, rather than just warm.
0. Ignore Google Maps walking directions, especially if you have an injury or disability that limits your walking. Avoid the mall courtyard, and don’t go inside the mall.
1. Instead, navigate to Gelato Festival, just off HollyWood Blvd.
2. Take the elevator located to the left of Gelato Festival; elevate yourself to level 3.
3. Exit the elevator and walk straight ahead until you see the Tacos Neza sign. (It’s probably about 80 feet.)
4. Arrive. You have avoided playing this challenge on hard mode.
5. Forget about the salsa verde until the very end, at which point you discover it’s hotter than medium. Indulge your senses.

Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burrito and a breakfast veggie burrito, rajas tacos, etc. No meat in the veggie butritos, but I assume the refried beans have lard in them. Unclear though; best to ask.

Great reviews but I cannot understand why. We got the mar y Tierra burrito and it tasted like cafeteria food. Totally bland. The asada tasted like it had been in a warmer for a while (chewy and flavorless). Beans and rice were no help. We asked for extra hot sauce to get some flavor going on but were told no. Also, bought a bag of chips for $3 and it was smaller than a bag of Doritos (tasty though). Cannot recommend at all.
