I have eaten here before a few times on other trips but this was the first time we were visiting from Australia as a family and had dinner for my 15 year old son here before going to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Perry our server was absolutely sensational he went above and beyond all night all food and drinks were correct and the birthday sundae surprise for my son was so fun and a highlight of our trip. Thank you so much Perry you are a star! we can’t wait to come back...read full review

Hard Rock Cafe is a restaurant that offers a unique experience. While service standards may vary depending on the circumstances, the food and atmosphere are consistently great. Guests can expect a wait, but it’s worth it in the end. The menu features a range of options, including the Smoked Old Fashioned, which is a unique twist on a classic cocktail. The staff is friendly and attentive, with servers like Janay and Patrick providing good service despite busy times. Visitors have enjoyed the lively atmosphere, including live music, which adds to the fun, though it can make talking a bit difficult. The environment is clean, making it a good place for families and groups. The menu is accommodating, with vegetarian options available upon request and a large kids menu. The legendary Burger remains a popular choice, enjoyed by many for its delicious taste. Overall, the cafe delivers a memorable experience, even if minor waits occur.
