“First time trying this truck looked clean and behind a truck I tried before that I gave 1 star. Well I tried the al pastor taco's and they were definitely cooked right. Great texture, a good amount of ingredients and spicy. I normally don't get any real heat on my taco's excluding a jalapeño the heat on this was awesome. I like habenero hot sauces this was close and very delicious. I got 3 taco's and a small drink it was only 10 dollars..not bad. Will try again.“

“I've been coming here for a little while, and every time has been a delightful experience. The bartender starts picking up on the beers you have shown a liking to and starts recommending the often rotating stouts and porters they bring in. The food menu has some pretty tasty bites, too. So far, I tried the bratwurst and chow mein5 were very good paired with the beer on tap. They also have other concessions like spices, dry meats, and canned beer, which are some of the beers they have on tap, so if you like something, pick up a few for a trip.“

“I stopped in because of ratings, and I'm glad i did. Ordered burrito supreme before "lunch time", no hesitation they made my order. So thankful. The burrito was perfect, grilled sealed and didn't fall apart. The ingredients were evenly throughout the burrito, wasn't one bite of all meat or all beans. Both salsas have complete flavor. Have had hundreds of burritos from various food trucks across not only california but country as well and this is for sure a shinning star. I hope to be back in area again and is a stop I would go out of the way for. If you don't like spicy get salsa on side. But even in burrito it is about perfect heat level in my opinion. My only disappointment is I did not order more not because of size (that was big) but because flavor was on point and i want more.“

“The reviews had me pumped up about the burrito. It was good but a little overly spicy for my taste. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but it does a job with filling portions. I do feel the burrito could be a little bigger as I tasted a lot of tortilla. The California burrito was the better of the two burritos I tried but I really can't do that nacho cheese. I would give them another try but order something different. I heard the tacos de tripas are good. Overall this is a average taco truck. “If I can say one thing about Authentic Street Taco (AST), it would be that THEY DELIVERED. Literally and figuratively. We absolutely over ordered and we could not be happier about it. AST was our end of the night caterer (Wedding on 12/21/24, for reference). We chose to have the food dropped off & set it up in buffet style. There were no unhappy guests & bonus, what we took home, we enjoyed the next night! As a matter of fact, we had some leftover quesadillas (don't know how that happened), so we froze them & later threw into an air fryer & OMG it was amazing. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend.
