Hi got a medium pepperoni pizza & a fountain soda to drink with it , nice New York pizza place in Huntington Beach in Huntington Harbor mall next to Trader Joe’s that I shop at frequently too, delicious food, fresh pizza nice atmosphere, nice service nice people too.

I often order the pizza by the slice but today I ordered a veggie slice of pizza and I guess they didn’t have it, but instead of telling me that they just threw on uncooked veggie toppings. The slice was cold when I got to my car and the Pell peppers and onion were raw.

I was disappointed this time around. The service was left to a young lady who was unaware to focus on the front door more than the necessary sweeping of the kitchen and prep floor area . Incidentally, I could see the floor, it looked quite clean. 🤔 I patiently waited at the front counter in sight of all for about 3 minutes. I mean 180 seconds. It feels like a long wait to be recognized and greeted. I'm a long time (30+ years) experienced customer sales and service Director....
