I love this place. Everything they have is really good. They have quite a few pizza choices so there is something for everyone. Their lunch specials are a really good deal for your money. I especially love their sandwiches. They are a good size and FILLED! Their meatball sandwich is one of my favorites and I'm not really a meatball fan. My only complaint? I wish they had eggplant parmesan. But that's not a big deal. You won't regret it.

The guy behind the counter was very kind and helpful with my order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza square pan. The pizza was perfect for our family. It's a great size and great portions. Definitely would recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Ordered twice from Bertucci’s. Both orders were incorrect. Even if they were prepared to order, the quality of ingredients is sub-par!

Considering the competition in OC, I will not return here after throwing away two orders. Willing to give business a second chance. Will not be ordering from Bertucci’s a third time. You have been warned…

I got a share because I usually don’t do a lot of reviews. And I’m not a fan of negative reviews but I’m actually pretty mad that I threw money away today.

I came in an ordered a few pieces of pizza that is just reheated pizza not fresh so wasn’t expecting anything special . And it was so so . Not good . Not horrible . That was ok

However I thought I’d order pasta, so we can eat it for dinner . To share . I ordered chicken picatta . It was 22 dollars which I thought was expensive however I’m not a super picky Eater and it sounded good . He said 10 min to cook . Was “ to go “ .

We waited for 15 or so , about 10 min of waiting he informed me they have no mushrooms . I was like ok fine . Leave em off . Food done . Drove home . Took it out of bag and opened it . I was confused .

First off it looked like dry noodles , no sauce . Some tiny pieces of artichoke heart . And about 1/8 cup tiny pieces of chicken . So needless to say this was not what I ordered .

I took a few bites and now I’m pissed . It tastes like dry overly cooked noodles with zero taste not even salt . And no sauce . The tiny chicken pieces tasted soggy and disgusting . So basically I paid 22 dollars to eat dry noodles and soggy chicken bits that had zero flavor , seasoning or sauce , and a little water at the bottom of the container . Was absolutely disgusting ?!!!
I tried to make it edible by trying to put butter and lemon on top but I couldn’t make it edible .
I want my money back I’m pissed !

Come on ex-New Yorker, u don't gotta increase da # of pies, but atleast don't have 2 of each at da same time! Mix it up!
Give us a VARIETY of by the slice to choose from. A real Manhattan Pizzeria would have 1 of each style pie, a margheritta, and 1 creative pie, like a baked ziti slice!
Still yummy, but have yer cook look, assess, and always make a good and competitive variety of by the slice displayed pies!

Classic, high quality Italian pizza. Great crust and perfect sauce.

Burtucci's is as close to NY pizza as Huntington Beach, CA is to Huntington, Long Island. The cheese breaks instead of pulls, the sauce is basic, and the crust has the same consistency as the cheese, which makes eating the pizza feel like pizza flavored bubble gum.Not only that, but when I asked if they could please leave jalapenos off of one slice so that my 5-year-old son could eat it without feeling it was too spicy, the guy taking the order told me they can't do that. They can only do halves. I wasn't asking for a discount and it's not rocket science fellas. I just wanted one slice worth of the pizza to not have jalapenos on it. Nope. We can't do that. Okay. Fine. Hopefully the pizza is great, also nope. "NY Pizza"? C'mon.I guess if you are hungry and you want a single slice it might be better, but a "fresh" pie almost made me want to throw up.If you want a great pizza and you want quality ingredients, go to riip Pizzaria on Magnolia. It's worth the in house order and the wait and they care about their pizza.Burtucci's.... either take down the "NY Pizza" from the sign or add the word "Sewer" between NY and Pizza. So disappointing on every level. I'm posting photos of the place which looks nice and you may have a different experience but mine was absolutely awful. I would have been better off cooking the Albertsons signature frozen pizza from my freezer.I won't be ordering again..... ever.

They use fake chicken fingers. Chicken is the chicken nugget style shaped meat paste, not chicken tenderloins. Pizza looked decent but AVOID THE CHICKEN FINGERS!!

NY slices are amazing, I had the sausage and pepperoni my daughter had a Sicillian Cheese slice and we split a sausage roll. I have to say that it was one of the best things I've had in a long time. They even had an IBC authentic NY rootbeer.
