I like the food and the service when I sit in. I have ordered from the app for pick up a few times which is really convenient! However, each time I order a greens and grains bowl, it seems like a much smaller amount of food compared to when I walk in and ask for the same ingredients at the counter. I’m still hungry after eating the pick-up bowl. I’d prefer if they added more greens and grains at the bottom. Thanks!

I went to get a pita chicken shwarma. The way the lady made it was awful. This is the first shwarma I saw that was a chicken curry. It was sloppy as hell. It was a to go order but I had to get back to them showing them the sloppy mess it had turned to be. The reason I gave 3 stars was they apologized seeing it and another lady made a better one. The sugar cinnamon pita was good.
Went in for lunch today. Did not seem too busy. I waited for the person ahead of me to get their order, then I placed mine.
1st red flag - The Chicken Shawarma pieces are smaller than my rice
As I got to the toppings I was on the last item, and I asked to have it on the side. Emma proceeded to almost put it in my bowl when she was stopped by the person at the check register and told, on the side. Emma then asked on the side? I said yes on the side. She had a smirk and said on the side side, because normally everything is on the side in the bowl.
I looked straight at her and said Yes, on the side normally means on the side. She proceeded to stand there staring at me with a rude snarky smile on her face. She turned and looked at the cashier and then turned back to me and just stared, with the same snarky smile, not one word. She continued to just stand there and stare so I asked her, do we have a problem? At this point I believe the cashier knew there was an issue and I asked for garlic sauce on the side, to which Emma made another face, and with a snarky voice said, on the side.
The cashier asked me if there was a problem to which I told her Yes, you heard her (Emma) being, rude and that is not ok. The cashier said she didn’t hear her, but I don’t believe that because I would have had pickles in my bowl if she wasn’t observing the interaction.
I am a paying customer, just going to purchase food from your establishment. The attitude this employee had is shocking. If Emma is kept as an employee, I fear for your profit, as she’s chasing your customers away.
