Never have i seen such a skimpy portion of chicken consistently across all 4 bowls we ordered. I've eaten at dozens of chipotles across the country and never seen such a small amount. Chips were stale which was a the cherry on top, not sure how corporate chipotle isn't catching onto these bad reviews, will be submitting feedback to them. Avoid this location at all costs or go inside to ensure they don't skimp

I got a burrito at this Chipotle. But it was a big mistake, as soon as I bit into it and it had hair inside of it. So I would never go here again. but the staff was nice.

This restaurant wasn't very clean. Dirty tables and floors. The meat in my burrito was grissley and chewy. Definitely not worth the $16 I spent.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I went in around 10:40 PM and, before even walking inside, I asked if they were still open. The employee’s response was, “I wish we weren't,” which already felt unwelcoming.
Despite that, I went in and waited about five minutes at the register, only to be told, “We don’t have tortillas right now, and I’m not grabbing you any more.” That’s not just poor service — it’s flat-out rude.
I left frustrated, still hungry, and with a lasting impression that Chipotle doesn’t value its paying customers. If the store is open, customers deserve to be treated with respect and served properly.
If you're looking to be treated as an INCONVENIENCE, talked down to, and REFUSED SERVICE, then this is the PERFECT PLACE for you.

This location is the BEST CHIPOTLE. The manager is very diligent. His staff are professional, nice and happy. They give bigger portions. My boyfriend is 6feet 5 and we shared 1 burrito and we still have left over. They gave us so much food. We appreciate the quality (FRESH MEAT)and big portion. Their bean, corn, salsa and salad are fresh and tasty. YOU GET THE BEST DEAL FOR YOUR MONEY. almost everyone is very happy in the restaurant and outside seating area. It's a beautiful life eating here. It's like you are eating at a 5 star tourist restaurant. It's a good date, good ask your boss for a raise restaurant. I see families coming back from the beach hang out here all eating like jungle pigs. Sometimes there's a long line. It's still worth the wait because the service is great and the workers smile non stop. Most importantly, the food is constantly fresh, tasty and well cooked. The place is clean and the ocean breeze will give you paradise if you choose to eat outside and get away from the pretty babes in bikinis indoor. There's is so much to smile about at this place.

Worst Chipotle ever. I’ve been going to Chipotles all over the place for the last decade and this is the only one that is consistently out of everything other than pinto beans, brown rice, and chicken on the first half of the line.
Whoever is managing this one needs to be fired. They’re a joke.

Went in to get some dinner, first thing I noticed was the glass of the entrance door had so much finger prints, let that go , looks dirty but i can get pass that. The sofrita was si old it was stuck to the metal bowl. The guy tried to give me that.. no thanks. Its dirty in there . This has happened 3 times, its so mismanaged..
Worst management of a by any chipotle anywhere 3 different trips now only to be told there no steak prepared the workers could care less about any type of representation of the company the last couple times u did get a steak bowl it was 60% fat and the staff are not well kept now I know why they have the worst cleanliness rating of all different chains just gross to bad I alive rat around the corner and people in our track really were happy to see it arrive but I’ve had discussions with more than a couple neighbors about how disappointed we’ve been I gave the place 3 if not four try’s and the owner cares less than the yunkept kids working there apparently with cost what they are very unfortunate we’re done as is most that have seen store go doing hill.

Ordered online and picked up in the drive-through lane thing and they tried to really skip me out on portions even when I ordered double steak I was literally on my lunch break and had to come in. Apparently, this place is known for skimping, especially since it’s near school. I love chipotle and I just don’t recommend this one

This location is pretty bad. The portions have been consistently smaller to the point it’s just not worth going anymore. The food also doesn’t seem fresh sometimes. I went in right when they opened and the steak looked/tasted like it was left over from the night before.
Chipotle seems to have gone down hill in general over the last few years, but this location is especially bad.

Everything was horrible. Food was so cold, not sure how chipotle gets away with this. I threw both bowls away. I recieved the end of the food that was left. Very disappointed. I contacted customer service and the offered me a BOGO that expires in 30 days. That's horrible customer service.
I asked to be escalated, customer service ignored my request and my request for a full refund. Also said they considered this matter closed and will be ending this interaction. What a joke.
