Bad customer serivce, asked for a little extra cheese, absolutely skimped, in recent news of Chipotle locations not giving the correct servings, I'm surprised this location hasn't been informed. Would not recommend unless you want to get a 1/3 of the ammount of food as advertised. Will not be coming back.

All the meat and rice containers were almost empty with old food in it! The kid was scraping the rice out and I asked for fresh rice so he went into the back out of view with my container and came back with different rice. Very odd to not keep the containers stocked with fresh food. My bowl was half full, it was horrible. The kids working there were not friendly and acted like it was a task to take my order. Won’t go back again. For this being a newer location, you would think it would be way better.

The staff seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers. The lady at the window clearly lacked customer service training. When I arrived to pick up my DoorDash order, she directed me inside, even though my order was within arm’s reach. Once inside, I was told my order would be prepared then, despite being scheduled for pickup 10 minutes earlier. This happened while there were only two other customers in the restaurant, indicating a low work ethic. Additionally, I received very brown guacamole.

Visited this store 30 minutes before closing. And was surprised to see them cleaning the place so early. All the chairs placed on top of tables, The entire floor was wet, without a single dry spot. From the entry all the way to the ordering process. The whole floor was soaking and slippery. At least put a caution sign down. What a mess.

This has to be the WORST chipotle. Not sure who is in charge of the hiring but my god. They have ZERO customer service skills. No one ever greets you. They stare at you like you’re an inconvenience

This fairly new Chipotle location is definitely going through growing pains. Although they were moderately busy when we were there, they were very slow to restock basic items like white rice, black beans, and carnitas. I hope they are able to get their largely inexperienced staff up to speed soon.

brand new chipotle location! tried it for the first time today. food was 10/10, experience was 10/10. I love how the app tracks your order and tells you exactly when it’s ready so you just drive up and pick up! best chipotle I’ve had in a really long time. hope everything stays as fresh as it is now.

This Chipotle is an excellent addition to this area of Huntington Beach. Parking was easy. The inside is very clean and everything is very new and up to date. The workers are very nice and serviced me very well. Food tasted great just like other Chipotle’s I’ve been too. The bathrooms are very clean as well. There is also a drive thru but it is only for mobile pick up. All in all 10/10 experience and will be eating here again.
