Gave me way smaller portions then i usually get at other locations, barely got a half scoop of a chicken and was rushing me through my order. Employee had long hair and was very rude. Will not be coming back.

Employee did not fill order out right and was very rude long hair with a beard. Was given no greeting and acted with out a care in the world. Rest of staff was very respectful

It’s chipotle

I had a great experience at Chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl with salsas on the side. The food was delicious! The customer service was amazing; Denise was very attentive and professional, with a smile on her face all the time. I also noticed that the general manager was there, asking customers how everything was. This reminded me of the old Chipotle. I've been a customer since 2008 and have never had a bad experience. Way to go, Chipotlians! 100% recommended.Exceptional customer service elevates the dining experience. Providing options like to-go orders and customizable sides enhances convenience. Fresh ingredients and flavorful salsas complement a classic chicken bowl. Attention to detail, such as ensuring sauces are packed separately, demonstrates care. Definitely the best spot to come after a workout in LA fitness right nearby. The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and professional. This time I took the bowl with chicken and guacamole. I took some chips on the side and some apple juice would give it more than a five star if I could.

This store cannot figure out how to put out app orders. Just go to the counter and order, you will wait 20+ minutes for them to get your order out.

Paid $17 for a very under packed bowl and a bag of stale chips. All the ingredients filled only about half of the bowl with the rest being filled with lettuce. The restaurant was quite dirty. Staff was decent, but it was hard to hear over the music.
