I've been a loyal customer of Chronic Tacos in Huntington Beach for years, and the Surf and Turf burrito has always been my go-to. It's disappointing that for the first time, the staff was unwilling to make it the way they always have. The less than professional response to my inquiry was the final straw. While I'll always have good memories of the food and service from the past, I'll be looking for an alternative moving forward.

You should know how Chronic these tacos are and it doesn’t matter whether you’re having a burrito or a bowl or a beautiful taco, Chronic tacos is my fav! Service is always friendly and fun! My go to’s: Al Pastor burrito Surf n Turf bowl Grilled Mahi Mahi bowl (is a great lighter option just go without rice and it will keep you moving) Breakfast tacos w/ bacon (bacon you’re my only friend). The Baja sauce is the best! And the burrito is so big if you’re looking to make your meal cost effective save the other half for later. Lastly, I usually find myself at the location in Huntington Beach or Newport on PCH and Superior.

I placed my order before everyone else who came here, and I arrived at Stora before anyone else. However, just because my order was online, they prepared the orders of 6 other people before mine, but didn’t prepare mine.

We used to go here weekly for about 5 years. In the past 6-12 months the old manager (Josh) got promoted to district regional manager and it completely changed everything.
The new manager guy is so miserable, he never smiles, throws things around, and talks down to the down. He isn’t leading by example either cause the people he’s hired have no manners either. Even if you just say “thank you” he eyes rolls and kind of throws the Tray on the counter. We’ve tried numerous times after Josh got promoted but after the last few tries. We are all done going there as a crew unfortunately. GET JOSH BACK!!! Food is 4/5 now As well
