Drive thru not open 24 hours as advertised. Google maps store is open but it is not.

3:09am and everything is on like it should be when open but there is nobody moving around in the store. There is a car parked out front so someone is here but nothing. Very unprofessional. Management needs to check the night crew. Lol the ghost crew. Maybe that's why we don't see anyone 🤔

Service was just ok. Unfortunately, because Cali Gov. went nuts with his power. Workers now get $20 an hour. The problem with that is that all the fast food restaurants are using skeleton crews. The problem with that is that the crews know it and are lazy. I know that is what is happening because I live in Reno, and the fast food places here have all been kind. Total opposite from California's new wage disaster.

I'm sorry to do this however a drive thru employee has a few things to pay attention to and her attitude was great however, a major fail to not give the drive thru customer all of the items paid for is not good. I hate to hold up the line and go through every item in the bag but I am going to have to I guess. So for that 3 stars is generous in my mind. Thanks Del Taco!! C'mon now please try harder to provide the items orderd and paid for so we can learn to trust you and we can keep the drive thru moving!!
Since this place claims to be open 24 hours, I tried to go through the drive thru here (at around 1am on August 15th) but they said they were on break for 30 minutes, so I waited for over an hour (just to be sure they'd be open) and went through the drive thru again--just to be informed *again* that they were on a break and wouldn't be back to serve us for another 30 minutes (?!) Why claim to be open 24 hours and yet not hire enough employees to make that possible? That's called false advertising-or even better, "lying."
This place can't get an order right. "NO Guacamole", means just that...

First of all I'm at $8.70 for a Fry's Del Taco, small fries and a small iced coffee, I eat at Del Taco a lot, and I know the bill shouldn't be that high , so I asked about it and they gave me the receipt so it showed they charged me $3.39 for the fries, and it adds up to $8.70 , okay so now I'm eating maybe 10 or more fries and it's gone, and I'm like what the.... I pull out this little tiny bag! Somebody owes me a decent size bag of french fries for $3.39 plus tax, plus gas to get there... I'll wait.

What an absolute disgrace! My son and his friends stopped in for a quick bite in the drive-thru. When my son bit into his bean and cheese burrito he found that a whole paper napkin had been rolled the whole length of the burrito. When we went back to show the store employees, the cashier at the window was laughing as if it were funny. My son said she had done so when he was leaving the first time as well. Maybe messing with someone else’s business reputation is funny to her. My son and his 4 friends have vowed not to eat from this establishment again.
I did return with him to demand money back for the meals they had no intention of eating. After having us wait a bit to find a duplicate receipt (the cashier neglected to give them one) she did refund the purchase.
I asked to speak to the manager but was told that he was not in. I asked for the managers name, but when I called the next day, I was told that no one by that name was employed there.
I did preserve the food item, and I left the item rolled as it came from this establishment with the intent of alerting the health department.
