The clerk here today 2/2/24 1pm is definitely not the brightest. She wants to play little power games with the delivery staff and force you to “beg” for a bag for a take-out order that includes multiple small items. Yet another POC on POC fail. I call for training! Customer service means you’re helpful, not hostile and sly.

Bryan is amazing at what he does here great customer service an makes sure the donuts are fresh and made to perfection ! We've been to many sites before and this is for sure the best location yet ! Super clean ! An organized !!
Donuts are actually freshly made !! I've been here a couple times and never dissatisfied. On today's visit we came in an hour before closing and Brian attended us. He seemed pretty busy completing an in store and doordash order however he was very attentive of when we came in and checked in with us twice that he'd be with us in a minute. The man was clearly working hard and was the only one working when we asked him. He was extremely nice and helpful absolutely won't forget the service and kindness he gave us ! Thank your Brian !

Best doughnut I've ever had & I've had thousands (literally!) Doughnuts are fried to order, so they're warm and gooey when you get them minutes later. Pumpkin cinnamon doughnut is JUST that the best parts of a cinnamon bun and their perfected doughnuts. Epic! Highly recommend.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!The employees are SO SLOW, they don’t ever care for how long you have been waiting and they do jot prepare the orders by arrival time. I will NEVER go back there!!Replying: all the times that i have been there all the employees are slowly and the order is never ready on time. I tried to talk to you and you turn back to me! Who was the rudest?If you don’t know how to work in public you are at the wrong job. The order was supposed to be ready at 10:01am NOT 09:09, I’m only the driver but the customer was messaging me asking why was taking so long. Be better next time!
