You can't go wrong with any of the chow meins. Owners are super nice and if you get the lunch specials they pack the box to the tippy top. Nice family owned business :)

Love this little Chinese resto in HB. Very consistent. Food is delicious. Great customer service. Restaurant has only a few tables but don't judge based on few tables. Food is delicious and fresh. I love their wonton soup. So fresh with lots of veggies, sliced chicken breast, shrimps and wontons. House special chicken and rice are yummy and kung pao 3 flavors are a must.

One of my favorite restaurants. Try the house beef or beef chow mein. Both are amazing. Food is great at the restaurant or as take out. The large plant and fish tank make for an enjoyable atmosphere if you do eat at the restaurant. Note they close for a couple hours in the afternoon. Try not to be that person who arrives right before 2 pm and expects to be seated.

We love Eggroll king. The house chicken, house noodle soup are our favorites. The shrimp fried rice is packed with large delicious shrimp- tails removed. We highly recommend.

Food was delicious and service was amazing. My family and I were visiting Disneyland and wanted to have good Chinese food for dinner. They serve a lot of delicious, fresh food for a great price. The house chicken is a must order. The service was amazing. My 3 and 1 year old loved the food.

We have lived in HB for over 20 yrs and I don't know why we didn't go to Egg Roll King sooner! I had just had a PT session at Core around the corner in the same parking lot and wanted to pick up dinner. My husband and I walked in and wanted to place a take out order. David gave us recommendations since it was our first time. As we were waiting for our order David encouraged us to have a seat at a table and served us tea and crunchy chow mein noodles to munch on. He later brought our food out to sample. He said since it was our first time he wanted to make sure we liked what we ordered. This was a first for us to be able to sample take out before we left! We went in a second time to dine in for lunch. David had remembered us and as usual provided great customer service. Food was good as well. We noticed that there were many regular customers coming in and out to pick up their take out orders. If you haven't tried Egg Roll King you need to! You won't be disappointed!
This place is going to be our GO TO for Chinese! We came here on a Thursday night around 6 pm, and it wasn't too busy. We were able to get a table for 5 right away. The inside is very small so the restaurant can't hold a huge party of over 8 people. We were lucky to get a spot. There was an older gentleman serving all the tables, and he took our order after a few minutes. We got the orange peel beef, honey walnut shrimp, house chowmein with beef, chicken, and shrimp, and the server suggested we get the house chicken. It also came with white rice on the side. They brought out crispy noodles as an appetizer with sweet sauce. Our food arrived and everything was delicious! The chowmein was super tasty, loved all the meat, and the house chicken was BOMB.COM! That was our favorite. My kids loved it. Honey walnut shrimp and orange beef were great, but the sauce was overpowering. As we were eating, the restaurant got super busy with a lot of people getting take out and a lot of people standing at the door. I'm super glad we found this spot and I recommend it to everyone!!

My family went to a Chinese restaurant for years (over 20), the doors of our "go to" Chinese closed a few years ago. We have been on the hunt for a new go to Chinese restaurant. We were told to try out Egg Roll King, so we did. Our hopes were not too high, as we have been disappointed so many times since our go to closed. Much to our surprise, we found our new go to!! Egg Roll King is delicious, Tom is the nicest man, always so kind. He knows our order when we walk in. I can't recommend this place more! We always get the cashew chicken with extra cashews and sauce, veggie egg rolls and rice. Everything we have tried has always been delicious! Do try this place! You will not be disappointed!

Placed a phone order and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. No problem. Currently at the restaurant and have been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes. This is ridiculous.
