Great Wok Chinese Restaurant

Great Wok Chinese Restaurant was excellent. I ordered the egg rolls, chicken chow mein, and Mongolian beef with white rice. The food was delicious, portions were generous for the price, and my delivery arrived hot and fresh. Definitely ordering again.

The dim sum here is a game changer! Everything I've tried has been super fresh and full of flavor, especially the shrimp dumplings. It's definitely my go-to spot for a quick bite.

The service was quick, I placed an order online and it was ready in 10 minutes. Unfortunately the food left something to be desired. Every item that was ordered seemed bland and lacked flavor. There were a few people eating in the restaurant but it is small so everyone can hear the conversations. I’m not sure if I’d try this restaurant again.

Oh my, this is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have visited in years. They do an amazing amount of takeout. We ate in. Fantastic service and excellent food.

On 09/27/2025 we are a family party of 8 ordered food, appetizers and drinks. We Waite for 1 hr and 15 minute waiting and nothing even no drinks came. When we ask where is the food they said not ready. We left because of the carelessness and not caring and ignoring customers although only one other table occupied

We came on a Sunday evening around 5PM. It was very quiet but they were quite busy with taking phone orders. So busy that we had to wait about 15 before being brought drinks or taking our order. It was also a little difficult to get the waitress's attention as she was taking the phone orders. Other than that the staff was very nice and the food was good and ample.

We used to order from them all the time, it was our go to Chinese place. It was good for a bit when they has the chef from PF Chang while the Cheff was out. But now that it’s back to the owner Cheff the food tastes all the same. But the worst part is we found a maggot in our kungpao haven’t been back since!

Dunno what people have been eating, mentioning the General Tsos was the best they ever had. I had it here and it wasn't even close to what is supposed to be. The sauce was a cheap orange mix, the plate didn't come with broccoli and the meat wasn't very good. This place charging $18 for a breast of chicken with cheap sauce and nothing else. Rice was extra. Broccoli was extra. Meanwhile, I'm sitting on a duck taped bench seat. Can't speak on the rest of the food but I personally will never be back.

My fav Chinese food. Best egg rolls in the OC out of all the places I have tried. The owners are so sweet, and they even remember items u order regularly. I try to go every week or other week on my Chiropractor days or Trader Joe shopping. I luv it and if I am alone, I still go. The atmosphere is very calming with u sitting with your complimentary tea. I even order online takeout. Can't say enough good things about it.
