Hanki Everyday Korean (Food & BBQ)

I have very high expectations when it comes to Korean food because I come from a family of Korean chefs. It's tough to beat traditional home cooked Korean food or spots in K-Town LA in So Cal, but this seems like a very good option considering there isn't much else in the HB area. I can't comment on the price, because I don't live nearby.

Their menu is extensive with all the Korean soul food options. All my favorite items on there.

I got the bulgogi beef and spicy pork. I liked bulgogi more and would get it again - the beef was tender enough. The spicy pork was a little too tough but fine - spice level was good. Portions were very hardy. Making good Korean Bulgogi and Pork is VERY hard - quality can vary wildly from restaurant to restaurant based on meat type and marination (if at all). This place makes the bulgogi beef better than most restaurants.

It's also tough to find good kimchi pancakes anywhere, unless you go to a Korean restaurant or supermarket. The kimchi pancakes here are good and everyone should try them.

You can tell a lot of effort is put in their food and hope they get more exposure.

Hanki Everyday is my go-to place whenever I want some homestyle Korean food in Huntington Beach. I love their food sets, and their other dishes are tasty too! The employees and owners are super nice. If I can’t dine in, then I order delivery and it’s still tasty. I’ve moved to another state, but I try to hit this spot whenever I come to visit.

Eaten at Hanki twice now. Very clean. Food is fantastic. Everything I've had is great, but today tried the soft tofu soup w/ egg and beef. Comes boiling, with rice. I had medium spicy and it was perfect, not really spicy at all. Love this place. On Edinger, at Bella Terra.

Met up with some friends and we were looking for Korean food and found this place nearby. It seems to be run by a nice couple. The food was delicious and quite authentic in taste. It was more of a quick meal place then a catch up meal place but they were super accommodating and let us stay and catch up for quite a while. I had the kalbi which was super yummy

Ordered the #5, #4 and #2 with sauce on the side. The portions were large while the prices were definitely on the cheaper side and the food was great! The dumplings were amazing, we went back and ordered another side extra. Service was fast and friendly. Would recommend!

Really good food and great service! just wish it wasn’t pricey but it’s understandable since prices have risen a lot recently.

Great food, kind owners. We got the kimchi pancakes, tofu soup, and spicy chicken rice bowl. All very good!

Bulgogi pork was well flavored. Not enough sides, but food good. Husband had the Tofu soup.

Used a promo from Uber 1 and ordered Fried Mandoo (really good), Donkatsu with Japchae. The pork wasn't the best quality, but was plentiful and the Japchae was just okay. The packing was impressive as was their Radish kimchi.
