Cute spot! Indoor and outdoor seating. We brought our dogs and they brought out little pup cups for us! 🐶 So nice! I got the #3 with dole whip and would highly recommend the dole whip. It’s so good yum yum delicious and I think it makes the shaved ice better. You need the mix! Also it’s a pretty good size! 🍧 but caution: the blue flavors makes your mouth blue lol!

We cannot say enough good things about this place! A couple years ago my friends were going through a real hard time and I was able to take the kids frequently. They lost their father in death and were pretty devastated needless to say. I would take them different places in one of the places I took them to was here. It was the beginning of an outstanding relationship that I would have the privilege of passing on to other friends and family members and even a new child of my own. The man and woman who run this place are exceptional human beings. They take customer service to another level. You can tell that they really enjoy what they're doing. The people that they hire are very capable smart young girls that are very customer service oriented. They make their own syrups and I never get that sickening feeling from chemicals and synthetics that often happens with other treats. The shaved ice has the texture of what I imagined tasting a cloud would be like. It is so fun to go and visit and there is so much eye candy around. It's very aesthetically pleasing giving off strong Disney vibes as this family is a fourth-generation Disney family. They have made customers for life with us and many of my friends. I'm so thankful that this business exists at the location it does.

Love this place! Great flavors and Service is phenomenal! Got my pups their own snow cups! Root beer is my Fav! Definitely coming back!

Avoid for catering—unreliable and poor communication

Total lack of organization. I spent nearly a month trying to book Hula Girls for my daughter’s Quinceañera. After multiple follow-up emails and finally getting a quote, Kelly informed me last minute that they couldn't accommodate the time slot—a time slot I had already provided. As a long-time customer, I’m shocked by the lack of respect for my time. They gave me false hope for a major event instead of being honest about their availability from the start. Great shaved ice, but the catering service is a nightmare to deal with. Do not rely on them for your big day. Now I have to seek a new vendor and break the bad news to my daughter that one of her favorite vendors will not be there to share her special day.

So soft and delicious. No crunchy pieces of ice at all. Perfect amount of syrup to get you to the bottom of the bowl.I I had mango, blue raspberry & strawberry with lihingmui & snowcap(sweet & condensed milk) They were out of lychee 😭😭😭My husband had coconut, pineapple & mango with snow-cap. Best shave ice weI've had in a really long time.

Quirky Polynesian interior with authentic Hawaiian shave ice complete with vanilla ice cream and sno caps. There is some seating inside and outside. Great place to come on a warm day.

I wanted some Italian ice with custard but they wasn't any nearby that is still open. I saw this place and figured I'd give it a try. It isn't too bad. I just wish they had more options for the ice cream or dole whip.I got Guava, banana and watermelon with pineapple dole whip. I couldn't really taste the the flavors as it was supposed to be. The watermelon and guava tasted like green apple. The banana I couldn't tell what it tasted like. The pineapple dole whip was delicious tho.
