We have dining at the Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley locations for many years. The food and service is usually top notch. Our most recent dining experience was disappointing. Our fries were soggy and tasted like they were fried in the same oil they cooked the fish in. The service was very slow and sporadic.
Ran in for a Kona Pie and Virgin pina coloda. The greeter did not know where to place take out orders and left to find out. Another worker came over in a few seconds and told me where to go without hesitation. I ordered and waited. The kona pie was good. The Virgin pina coloda was not well made. I ended up throwing it away.
I got the sliders for 15.00 and asked for thousand Island dressing which I received hardly any and no onions well 2 or 3 not happy with my selection! but my Grandson love his Hamburger!
