I went through the drive thru. I ordered the Gremlin midnight meal. The server appeared distracted she identified the wrong order. Then when she found my order she didn't apologize made no eye contact while handing my order. Did not include the sweet and spicy sauce which was the main reason I ordered this meal. No napkins and no gremlin air freshener as advertised. 😒 I don't live in the area and too far not worth driving back to complain this is the next best thing. Check your orders before you leave. The approximate time was at 9:30 on 12/23/2025. Just in case you might want to speak with your employee about customer service

The employees there at Jack in the Box on : 18462 Beach Blvd Huntington Beach, CA Are very nice employees!! You don’t have to wait along time for your food and plus, their food is Never burnt and fresh!!! I would recommend anyone to go to Jack in the Box at this location.
Breakfast sandwich had egg shells and bottom bun was soggy... Like cold wet soggy. 🤮 Cook needs to be reviewed.

I understand mistakes happen but it has been several times now where I order Diet Coke with my meal and I get a regular Coke. Usually this is something unimportant but for people like me who cannot have regular soda because of Type 1 Diabetes (I was born with it), it puts my health in danger. I don’t go here often but when I want to treat myself. It’s just unfortunate and I don’t think the workers realize it can really be dangerous for certain individuals to receive the wrong food or drink.

This one is my favorite. I been to some that I did something I never have done before. I called cooperate. The one on Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach is nicely staffed, clean, and friendly. Props to them.
