Waited 40 minutes for 1 protein smoothie and 2 kids smoothies. Asked for my money back and they denied my refund and said they would make my smoothies right then. Got them and mine was awful! I had to throw it away because it was so watered down with ice. The kids smoothies were strawberry banana but they ran low on banana so just gave them strawberry. 😡Uuugghhh what a waste of money. (Btw we go to Jamba Juice all the time so I know how my smoothie should taste)
The service was terrible, No personality, no smiles not even greeted with a good morning what can I get for you.
Pissed me off!
It took 12 minutes to get my drink. :( Nothing like being forgotten about and having 9 other drinks be served & made before mine when I got there before they did. They need to figure out a better way so no one is forgotten about. They also were not busy when I ordered.
