Visited Store # 19320 (Warner and Bolsa Chica) today and after entering the store, we were three customers waiting to order. Several employees including the manager, was walking back and forth in the rear of the store without even glenzing to the front to see if there were any customers waiting. When I finally was about to leave, one finally came to the front counter. I ask the young man, if they had any special for two cheeseburger's, like two for $5 or something similar, he answer was yes. With out receiving an answer on who much a set of two would be, I ordered three sets, for a total of six cheeseburger's, all without pickles. And the wait started :-) When the order finally came, I was given three cheeseburger's with pickles. I asked the young man to please correct the order, he promptly disappeared to the interior of the store and next the manager came to the front desk with a terrible attitude, ripped the bag out of my hand, refunded the purchase.The young man can be great with training but the manager should not be working there anymore. If any of the franchisee owners are reading this, please contact me.So, the moral of this story, my grandkids did not get there beloved cheeseburger's, I wasted some of my time and the store that has made large investments in rehabbing the store, just got their reputation stained by one really bad manger hire.

Came through and ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle, two hashbrowns and a medium caramel frappe. First, they tried to hand me two McGriddles. I told them that’s not what I had and they gave me the McGriddle with two hashbrowns. Then they gave me a caramel cappuccino and I was just fed up that I didn’t even bother correcting them. I paid $17 dollars. Get home and see that all I have is a sausage between two pieces of bread. Seventeen dollars. Made my own scrambled eggs. I’ve worked in food for nearly 8 years and I get that accidents happen, but this is just lazy. Never coming back.

Very very rude service people at the drive through window. No menu board in the drive through for weeks, and they are real hesitant to provide any info on pricing or availability. It's like pulling teeth to get the menu items to order. Then at the window they are short tempered and condescending. Even slammed the window in my face. They also messed up on the register and didn't run my card right. The second window asked for my receipt before she would give me anything. I have run restaurants for decades and have not seen customer service so awful before.

I tried to order this morning using drive-thru. It was a disaster. I started ordering the brekfast sandwich which is like 2.79. The older hispanic woman at the window asked if I wanted it with eggs. I was like does it usually come with eggs? If you mean a combo meal, say it like that, otherwise i started to think the sandwich itself comes without the egg. Then she says come to the first window even though I am not done ordering. So, I come and she expects me to order without giving me a menu, then a guy gives me a menu which seems to have everything but the 1-2-3 dollar items. So, I say forget it and drive away. As I drive away she says “oh my god.”I won’t be back.

Terrible customer service , my advice don’t come here. I ordered mobile order today and got there on time but waited a full 20 minutes for my order and it would’ve been much longer if I hadn’t talked to 2 employees and let them know I was waiting a long time. This has happened to me at this location before and they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonalds. I told the manager about how I have waited and she didn’t seem at all concerned or just gave me an insincere “sorry”reply. I only go here since it’s the closest location to my home but I will not come here any longer and just go to another location.

Poor customer service by drive up window personnel. He was rude and used the word *F…k several times. Called a gal ?Manager? over and she was very rude. The issue stemmed from the App not working correctly. We didn’t stay to receive our order. Please give customer service classes.

Slow slow slow on the drive thru service....Staff is pleasant so I keep giving them more chances. I don't know if it's need more staff , poor procedures or bad equipment. It's been like this since pandemic. They use to be the best!

Ya, so I asked for Fry's with no salt cuz I'm trying to watch my sodium intake and it's like they deliberately add MORE SALT!!! like who does that type of thing? Mcdeez do!!
