I'm very apprehensive about eating in fast food restaurants where you cannot see the food handlers preparing and making your food. This particular McDonalds just remodeled their interior so that you can't see the workers working in the kitchen handling your food or pouring your drinks. Previously, customers had a view of the kitchen and prep stations. This is just too weird and makes me question why the need to add new walls prohibiting views to the kitchen area.
Everyone here is so nice and they do such a great job! The food is always fresh and good, and I don't even think I've gotten a wrong order in the year I've been coming here. This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to!

Poor customer service by drive up window personnel. He was rude and used the word *F…k several times. Called a gal ?Manager? over and she was very rude. The issue stemmed from the App not working correctly. We didn’t stay to receive our order. Please give customer service classes.
