Second time I've been here. Kava is bad ass. You feel a really cool body high. So relaxing and you just vibe to the music. It's only teas and kava though no food.

This spot is a real gem. The owner and everyone who works here, including Rosa, Hannah, and Chris, are genuinely kind people. It may be a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. The atmosphere is excellent, and the people who frequent the place are always friendly.

I loved this place. Has a great atmosphere and I really enjoyed the effect of the Kava. It definitely is very relaxing. This is an ideal location to have a meetup.
I've been here once before with a friend to try their kava, which turned out to not be my kinda drink. But I liked the charmingly tacky decor, so I thought I'd go back today for some tea instead. The place was totally empty, so I bought some hot tea, sat in the corner, and started to read my book. After some time, the woman working there came up to me and told me there is a time limit on how long we can sit there without ordering kava. "Owner's rules," she said.
I was still the only person there. Not using their Wi-Fi. Just reading an old book in a corner and drinking their ginger tea. This was quite odd. I obviously left, but then walked past it again a few minutes later and realized that she kicked me out because she wanted my seat 😆 I had the comfortable armchair in the corner, which is where she was sitting when I first got there AND again now that she got rid of me and closed the door. The place was still empty, but she was now comfy at work.
Obviously will not be going back. Very disappointing as I live nearby and love to read in cafes.

Drove out when they were supposed to be open to find it closed. Won't be returning.

A party of 6 of us came here, all but one for the first time. We came a bit early before 7, which meant there’s a bogo deal. Pricing was not cheap. There was a bit of confusion regarding shots and costs. The happy hour is calculated as two double shots for $7 which really came out to one shot for $3.5. We order the 30 shots, thinking the.original cost would’ve been at 30 shots at $133, so we thought we were paying half of that at $2.22 a shot. For the 30 shots plus a kombucha and ginger tea the bill came to $125. We all got about 4-5 cups each. I would describe the flavor as earthy and a little bitter comparable to matcha but muddier. So you really have to stir it up so that the powder doesn’t settle to the bottom of the cup. It was recommended we take 4-6 shots. We all had about 5. Most of the others didn’t feel much but tingling on the tongue and lips. We liked the atmosphere but wish that the happy hour was explained a bit more with clarity. If you look at 30 shots for $133 it comes out to $4.43 a shot so with happy hour you are only saving a little. Overall, we thought the atmosphere in there was cool and cozy. It was rather quiet without a band. I am not sure if we will return, the effects are very minimal. For $20 a person, I rather go spend it on thc gummies. With tax and tip we each paid $30/person.
