Ambiance is typical of the chain. Food was usual although I think the PB was missing. Service was extremely slow today. Ordered one drink at 3:24 and didn't get it until 4:02. Having said that, unfortunately there was only one person working and was getting hammered by online orders. Didn't complain considering the circumstances. She was going full speed. Someone either messed up tie scheduling or someone called out. Better luck next time hopefully.

I ordered this Acai Superfood bowl for my daughter, and to our surprise and disappointment, there was barely any acai. It was mainly filled with Granola. We've ordered this many times, and the acai is normally filled halfway. We felt ripped off on the portion. My daughter was so sad as she was looking forward to a delicious acai bowl.

Pretty good experience overall. However I’ve noticed that Nektar bowls are never filled to the top with abundant quantities of toppings compared to the local competitors such as:Banzai BowlsTruBowlOakberry AçaíPlease don’t skimp on the toppings!

I had placed a mobile order for pickup, I had customized a protein power bowl to my tastes as one usually does. I picked up my bowl, but didn't make sure that the bowl was correct and by the time I got home I realized several ingredients were missing. I had selected to add a layer of chia pudding as well as some peanut butter inside the bowl and those were clearly not in the bowl. So I paid an extra $3 dollars for upgrades I didn't receive and there isn't a way to contact customer service to get a refund or a voucher for those $3 dollars. So I am disappointed in that aspect, I would love to keep using the mobile app to order my bowls but if ingredients are going to be missing when I'm paying for them, it makes me not want to use it and therefore, not buy anything.

Very disappointed, they made my drink In a way where it looked completely different than the way I normally order it. I asked them to remake it. They stood in the back and had a long conversation about it. Kept me waiting in front. I had to get back to work. I asked them to please hurry. They shorted my drink and told me I have 2 drinks to drink, I deserved a shorter one - I explained I didn't want the first drink. Totally unprofessional and rude. I don't know what's happening with the people that are working there lately but i'm tired of being treated badly. The other day I came in and I asked for no sugar and my drink they added extra sugar and it made me very sick to my stomach, which raised my blood sugar high enough I could have ended up in the hospital. When I spoke to one of the employees, he explained because I asked for no sugar and my drinks to be blended thick, the staff is gossiping about me. This is totally unacceptable, and hopefully they consider getting new staff.
