Sad to see this place slowly deteriorate. This is a nice neighborhood, lots of people come here. I've come here for the last 5 years and it's just not maintained at all. The carpets have visible splashes of drinks and food and no one ever cleans them. The bathroom is just nasty. Tables are rarely cleaned. This is not how you run a restaurant. Panera seems to deliberately make the entrance with the counters and displays unattractive. Hardly any items. By replying on the app and the tablets to order, the registers are empty and no one there. Not a good first sight when you walk in. Every order I place I have to ask them for my coffee or drink cup. They almost always forget. The food isn't cheap either. It is tasty, though. Just be aware they don't have an actual kitchen. It's just an assembly and warm up station. Nothing is actually prepared or made here. Everything comes reprocessed and precooked. They just put it together. The food industry is industrialized.

Panerai Bread is going downhill , they completely ruined the cinnamon bun, one of the few things left worth going here for. Sandwiches are tiny AND expensive (how is that possible).

Good service. Good food. Getting pricey for "pick 2". Paid more than $70 for a family of 4! But the men's restroom... Wow! What a nightmare. Honestly, it can look just the way it is but can't it be clean? When you have flying bugs come out of the urinal "you have a problem". And at Huntington Beach? I've visited other Panera locations at less "prestigious" cities and not even these matched this location's men's restroom.

Had to click through 8 different links just to view the menu, and then find out the sandwich I want has gone up even more in price since I last ordered it last year. No thanks, too expensive and too much hassle.

I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 5 years and I’ve been in a lot of public bathrooms and this has got to be the nastiest one I’ve seen. I bet you if I called code enforcement they would tell you to fix it immediately

Vegetarian options: I ordered the vegetarian sandwich and asked for no tomato and this is what I got. bread and some green leaves. It took about 30 minutes to make. Extremely disappointed! I will not be going back!

Parking: Just be aware that it seems to be a pick up spot for school kids if you go around 230 you might have to park farther away
Ok, so here is the problem. I ordered a BOWL of soup,but they gave me a small portion. I brought this to their attention (and yes I was polite),but they took an attitude and wouldn't exchange it. I paid for a bowl not the tiny amount they gave me . I won't be going back there.

When you order Bacon Mac and cheese, and pay $14.+ for it, it needs to have bacon in it. As this was a to go order, and the order was sealed by your staff, I assumed incorrectly that my order was checked. And then I call the store and it rings out two times and disconnects me. Really poor…

My daughter is a student at HBHS across the street. I dropped her off early before school and she bought a drink….they REFUSED to let her sit inside!!!! They told her students were no longer allowed to sit inside their building because a couple goofed off at one point. My daughter is a straight A student who PAID for a drink. This is outrageous, discriminating, and illegal. How dare you Panera. I will no longer support this restaurant!!!!!!
