No price menu. They charge whatever amount they want. Not fair. Manager was mean. The staff were unhappy. The whole place is gloomy and empty. Just don't go here.

One of the nicer Panera Bread locations. Great seating options. Great for work, social, meetings, free WiFi. Food was fresh and good. Got the New Parm Salad and the Hearty Chili (both were good). They don’t have as many order kiosks as some other locations. But that’s not a big deal for me. I’ll definitely be back to work and dine.

Stood at the counter for several minutes. Was seen by several employees. Was walked by a couple times. Not even a we will be with you in a minute or have you been helped. The one person looked like a manager...didsappointing

A lot of the electrical outlets are broken, so you you might be getting power one moment, then 30min later your computer is dying because power stopped and you hadn’t noticed. I started going back to Panera because of the Sip Club, and this one is close to my house. I’ve been going here for a few months, but nothing has changed. I let them know and didn’t get a great answer. Basically, they aren’t going to do anything about it. I will be driving an extra 15 min to go to a different one.
The service here is EXTREMELY slow and the staff isn't very friendly. I had to constantly check on my order and waited about 25 min before my sandwich was made

This is the 1st time at this Panera it was dirty in the dining area ,the ice was melting , dripping into the cup ,the bathrooms very dirty this place needs to be gutted and remodeled I would not go back

I was in the store labor day weekend and was excited to buy muffin tops and noticed the gnats flying all over the pastries which was disgusting. In the interior was deteriorating. I'm surprised it's going down hill. Also the soup bread bowls are so small. I normally don't write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one.

This place needs to invest in its interior. The carpet is disgusting. There was dust on top of all of the booths, indicating they do not clean the tops of the booths, only the table and chairs. Staff are no longer available to help out or take your dishes. They only had one guy at the register and two in the kitchen. If you wanted anything you’d have to get it yourself.
