We ordered from this Papa John’s on a Friday night for dinner. Out of 4 items we ordered, 3 of them had problems.1 - Stuffed Crust Pizza had a big piece of plastic in it (pictured) and was not fully cooked2 - The Oreo Papa Bites weren’t cooked through (pictured, raw dough in the middle)3 - We ordered boneless wings with no sauce and instead received sauced bone in wingsI submitted a form via customer service but there was no place to upload the pictures.Disappointing experience

I will never eat at another Papa John’s ever again. I have spent thousands of dollars at Papa John’s for catering, but a few weeks ago, I received food and service that turned me off forever.My wife and I ordered food for just us. We received a dessert that was way undercooked. We didn’t realize it at first because it was new to us and we thought it was a sauce making the cooked bread gooey. After we ate a couple bites, we realized it wasn’t sauce and was raw dough.When we called to see if there was yeast in the dough the guy confirmed there was, so I asked what they wanted to do. He told me they would remake the dessert. I said I don’t care about that, what about the raw dough my wife consumed? The guy on the phone said “what do you want me to do go in your wife’s stomach and remove it?” I hung up on him. I called later and talked to a manager, who said she would call us back, and never did.I contacted corporate a couple times and was told the store has to deal with it. I don’t have the time to deal with it, I’ll just go to anyone else from now on, no matter the price.

Please for the love of god get a new manager; narcissist, incompetent, and unregulated manager. Owner likely only comes by to pick up money and leave; probably the one and only clean day of the month. The inside of this place is disgusting.Ordered two pizzas- completely undercooked, I wouldn't even feed them to my dogs. Manager sends two more pizzas- even worse; first pizza is just as bad, the second pizza is burnt and not even cut. Then I was hung up on.Avoid this location- this is the only Papa Johns I have ever had a problem with. Every person I know who "dislikes" Papa Johns said they ate from this particular location. Undercooking is a huge issue here. Absolutely mortified by my experience with this location; the cook is clearly burdened by severe substance abuse impacting the most simple of day to day functions like turning on an oven to a specific value.

The manager was screaming at the employees that she was the boss.. I was appalled at the treatment of employees and could really see how they could be sued. Pizza was burned but dough was watery and undone .. worst pizza.. worst service .. will never go again

ordered two papadillas. both were undercooked inside with very little filling. I understand could have just been off day, but worse than the food is the customer service. I sent an initial complaint that evening listing date and time. Never heard back. contacted them two more times and still no response. obviously, although they ask for customer feedback, they really don't care. apparently once they have your money, quality of product isn't important. don't waste your time or money with a company that doesn't give a damn about you.

On November 6th I purchased a cool ranch steak papadilla. I noticed pretty quickly that the pizza dough was raw and I couldn't consume anything else. I notified Papa John's and they were quick to replace my pizza the next day. I went in and obtained my replacement and finished it to my delight but ended up becoming severely sick and was sent home from work. I called the company again and was notified by the assistant that I should come in and obtain a different item. I ended up going inside today and spoke to the Manager Meredith. While discussing obtaining a different item she became very coarse and made my experience very negative. I attempted to give this location the benefit of the doubt but allowing them to replace my order but the manager would not work with me and basically gave me a hard time on my already poor experience.
Wow, one of the if not the worst pizza I had in my life. Dough was undercooked, the sauce was leaking water (??), the meat smelled old. Went straight to garbage
