Papa John's Pizza in Huntington Beach has seen significant improvements recently, especially with the new manager Kimberly and her team. The service has become much better, with friendly staff who pay great attention to detail. Delivery is prompt and clear, and customers have noted that the food arrives hot and fresh. The pizza is now well cooked, and the generous toppings offered at good prices continue to impress. The customer service remains top-notch, with representatives being helpful and ensuring a great overall experience. Despite past criticisms, the new crew has made a positive impact, and many customers are now loyal fans. Additionally, the restaurant is ready to accommodate custom orders for those with dietary restrictions. The food quality has greatly improved, with standout items like the oreo bites receiving special mention, though there is a desire for a better selection of sodas.
