Wow - for all the serious Pho heads out there... This is a seriously legit Pho joint in Orange County. We went here as part of our Pho Crawl throughout OC and tasted the followings - Pho 79, Pho Nic (2nd place), Pho RedBo, Pho Kuroushi and Pho Lab. This one won hand down. My husband and I have been coming here since they opened. We love the food but feel like the service has gone down in the past couple of months. All the servers look like they are high schoolers who need more experience when it comes to handling more complex issues. Last time I was there there was a billing issue and I tried to explain to the server that things were not adding up and he seemed confused and didn’t know how to fix it. I just told him it was ok and paid for it...
I recently visited PHO LAB, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The customer service was top-notch the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They took the time to explain the menu, making it easy to choose the perfect meal.
