I never had any issues here before, but the last few time I've come here, the employees don't greet when coming in, and if they do its after their done being on their phones. The girl named grace, I'm sorry I work in the food business as well and I'm a assistance GM for my job, and the way she has her uniform isn't pleasant, she has it tied in the back tucked under where you can see skin and the cooks looking like they aren't in uniform (white long sleeve) and just always on their phone. As I was leaving, I saw another worker come in full uniform. It just seems the others don't want to be working and be on their phones rather than working. I'll still come back, but I'm just letting yall know how it was, and I don't post reviews, but it's been a couple of times now, and it's still the same.

We order from this location out of convenience but time and time again they've proven to have such poor attitude. Apparently they don't provide plates and napkins or have been mysteriously out every time we come.

Just your standard pizza hut, they might take a small while to greet or take your order but I'd rather them do that instead of a longer wait for the food. Of all the times I've ordered here the pizza is always fresh when I order online.

Funny how they have place for people dine in but when I ordered take out I asked for plates , they said they don't have it . So I was wondering how would you eat there if you decide to dine in . Hmm and there is no menu whatsoever. Don't think I will come back for this place.

They are now charging a SERVICE FEE TO ALL ORDERS. On an $11.99 order mine was $1.02. Plus tax This is not the responsibility of the buyer. To take responsibility for added cost. This responsibility should fall upon the owner. I will not be going to Pizza Hut again

You walk-in and it doesn't matter if you aren't a cashier at least greet the customer and acknowledge theirs presence. Not even a "hi let me get someone for you". This dude walked right past me and it wasn't till a couple minutes till someone came to take my payment . Take your money somewhere else

Placed our order online at 5:41pm and it was at out door at 6:04pm. Delicious, hot, and correct. We received a phone call 3 minutes before she arrived. And, it's Halloween, Sunday night football, and the World Series is on. I am so impressed by the whole experience! Thank you.

Tried dining in here tonight. We walked up to the cashier scanned the QR code to see the menu. Lady working there acknowledged we needed a second and went to the back of house to take care of other things. My girlfriend then went to sit at a table while I stood there for 25 minutes for someone to help me. I can tell it was kinda busy which is understandable it's Sunday night football is being played I get it. The same lady comes out from the kitchen and asks if I'm waiting on an order for the name "Matthew" which confused me and I politely said no. She then went back in the kitchen I gave it another 5 minutes and called it. As we were walking out she came out and asked if we're waiting on an order. We said no we were trying to dine in and then she goes "Oh" surprisingly "I can take your order now"We were already defeated at this point so we said "no thank you" and left. I love Pizza Hut and was really looking forward to dining in at a Pizza Hut something I haven't done since the 90s when they gave out pizza for reading a book. But this ain't it.

Great Service! Dined in today and was helped by Charles. His customer service was great. I witnessed him giving great customer service to everyone that came in while I was eating.

Had dinner with my fiancé today, I assume the cashier was a new employee, seemed like he was still learning how to take orders, he did good. Although the manager that was working today kept yelling at the cashier and talking to him very rude. They cashier was very shy and I didn't once hear him tell him anything rude. While the cashier was taking my order he went to ask the manager for help and the manager said "I don't know who showed you how to do it like this but I never did" with an attitude and while moving his hands around rudely like he was talking to everyone in the restaurant. All I can hear while I was dinning in was the manager yelling for him and telling him to give customers plates in a very rude way. Not once did I hear the manager talk to him nicely.I was able to hear him from where I was sitting. I remember when I had my first job and I would definitely not like being treated that way. We all learn somehow but that is not a way to treat your employees. So sad to see. Hope the cashier finds a better place to work at! He deserves so much better.
