Terrible Persian food. I trusted some of the previous reviews and I was disappointed. The staff were not Persian and I highly doubt they even know what the food is supposed to taste like. Service and ambiance were just ok.

Sometimes the simplest foods can be the hardest to prepare well, yet Point 11 Kabob accomplishes this and elevates the process to an art form. How to create a perfect dining experience with beef kabob, rice, and a tomato? Using quality ingredients and traditional cooking method help. The meat was superbly seasoned and cooked, and it's full of flavor and never dry. The rice was fluffy and light, but nuanced with fragrant spice and butter. The grilled tomato was so juicy and roasted that it's the best accompaniment to the earthiness of the meat. Even with the takeout order, we were supplied with two packets of sumac to sprinkle on our beef and chicken kabob. We ordered ahead by phone and the chef was just putting on the finishing touches when I arrived. The food was piping hot even after the 18-minute drive home. The dining area was spacious, and there were a few tables outside. Parking was not an issue in this shopping center.

Had unexpected company drop by around dinner time. On a whim I decided to order from here since it's only a couple blocks away. I ordered online and it was ready. 20 minutes later. Everything was delicious.. Highly recommend!

Near the pier, great neighborhood. it has the best kabob I ever tried. It blew my mind that the place is owned by a Hispanic chef, he aced it better than the Persian restaurants I tried . 10/10 service and food

Got take out for a dinner party! Was a big hit with everyone! We loved the boneless chicken kabab the rice, and the beef koobideh! We will definitely back back!

Its convient, good, mediterramean food near downtown Huntington Beach, at 11th and Orange Streets. We've been eating here for a few years and the food has been consistanley good.

Stopped in tonight on my way home & sooooo glad I did! Its out of my area but just might have to make the 30+ min drive to get this again! Friendly / prompt service & the food is phenomenal! Had the Chicken Barg / Beef Koobideh combo & of course gotta have the Maust Moosier (sp?). Try this place, you won't be disappointed!
When I went to pick up my order I asked if the entrees come with any sauces, the worker said "No, just garlic paste". The smallest side of sauce he had was 8oz which he charged me $8 dollars for??!!Best part is there was NO garlic paste in my Togo order either!! Food taste was good but would be far to dry without sauce. I won't return unfortunately. I live very close too. Darn oh well

Best Persian food in OC!! The kabob barg is authentic like you get back in Iran. Koobideh is cooked perfectly and the flavors explode in your mouth! My favorite combo is the spicy chicken kabob with the sour cherry rice!

After 24 hour shift, I decided to go here and give it a shot. I arrived around 4pm and they didn't have much business going on so the food came out fast. The service was really good and the cook(possibly the owner) delivered the food personally to me and was hospitable and nice. The food tasted so good and fresh and that's all I could ask for. Will come back again!
