Very flavorful and portioned well. Quick, in and out. Staff is friendly. Everything is really fresh and I especially enjoyed the spicy tuna/salmon. The cucumbers tasted kind of odd but everything else was great.
After looking for a poke place nearby from a work site I just finished working at, I came across Pokistar. Looking at the menu I was hopeful although the protein option didn't look too great.I ordered a large bowl with 5 proteins.Got white rice. I thought this would be sushi rice but it was just plain white rice which was disappointing. I was able to come here twice while on business. I did enjoy all the variety of toppings to the 3 or 5 protein bowl. The rice was great for the foundation.I tried the volcano 2 and spicy mayo combo and couldn't really taste the heat at all. Probably needed more flavoring. A but bland.
