Bubble tea was middle of road. Food was another story. Do NOT get the popcorn chicken... see my sad likely frozen cubes of tasteless meat and not even breaded/crunchy! see pics of their std photos vs actual... lol

Terrible customer service they lied to Postmates in order for them to receive money for an order I never even picked up. They need to update their menu and be honest to third parties when it comes to transactions with customers. Would not recommend ordering from this place if you don’t want your money stolen.

Parking was super easy in the free parking lot.

We came here because we were visiting friends and they wanted to hangout before we left.

This store has about 4 tables for seating. We asked the staff if we could combine 2 together into a larger for our group of 4 and they agreed.

It was pretty empty on Saturday night so we stayed and played board games for 1-2 hours.

I got a brown sugar boba milk which is my favorite drink from R&B tea and has been reliably consistent at various R&B tea locations. Highly recommend.

Their brown sugar milk tea tastes okay. It didn’t have that rich after taste flavor that makes me want more.

They're really fast at making drinks and the drinks are so good. They even have nondairy options but I do wish they had non dairy alternatives for every milk tea.

Terrible at following order instructions. Came here Friday, ordered 50% sugar on 2 different drinks and one no sugar. They all are 100%. Wanted to give them a second today, specifically mentioned that our sugar order was made wrong on Friday. Guess what? Brown sugar milk tea tasted like pure milk/whipped cream! Not coming back. Sorry, would love to support a local business, but seriously!

Thumbs down. Tea comes in an incredibly small cup size. Wouldn't allow me to get the drink I wanted in their large size (despite having larger cups) Deceptive pictures on their site showing a much larger size product.
Lost a sale and any repeat business.??

The few times I've come to this location, the staff seems oblivious to what's going on. Today (last time coming here) they just flat out forgot to make my order, maybe they thought I came to sit down and hang out??‍♂️. Come on guys get your ish together

It's a neat little place that is clean and it has great customer service. It's fantastic. The regular boba is a smaller size than I'm Used to. It's cooked perfectly and it's super chewy. Plus, they have a snack menu! We came back a 2nd day in a row. We will be back again.

Premium Price for subpar tea and Boba.

Got a Classic Milk Tea with Crystal Boba for 6.35(no tax) so it's in the premium tea category of pricing. However I'm sure that I could get some $4 teas that are better than this. The tea
was extremely sweet and not much flavor. The Crystal Boba somehow doesn't sink to the bottom so you have to fish for it from the start and it doesn't taste very good. There are some tea places that make the Crystal Boba too sweet for my liking but this Crystal Boba was just plain bitter. Which is a shame because usually getting Crystal Boba is a safe bet. But this was one of the worst Crystal Bobas I've had. However the service was fine and they had board games so it salvaged a star. Writing this review so I remember not to go here again.
