My wife and I came to Reborn Coffee in Huntington Beach on a casual day and this place honestly surprised me. It is a little tucked away and easy to miss from the street, but once you walk in it is a really cool spot. Not a ton of seating inside and only a couple tables outside, so it definitely leans more toward a to go coffee shop vibe, but still a nice place to hang out for a bit. I ended up getting the Coconut Cream Latte which was recommended by the barista, and my wife got the Blueberry Matcha Latte. The Coconut Cream Latte was honestly amazing. Perfect blend, not too sweet, not too bitter, and the coconut flavor was not overpowering at all. The Coconut Cream Top tied everything together and it just looked as good as it tasted. I was genuinely impressed and we have actually gone back multiple times just for that drink alone.
The Blueberry Matcha Latte was good, but the blueberry flavor was a bit overpowering at first. The cold foam on top had a great thick consistency and tasted really good, but it needed a little more matcha balance. We actually went back up and asked if they could add an extra scoop of matcha, and the barista was super kind and did it for free. That completely changed the drink and made it the perfect blend, creamy, smooth, and exactly what my wife was looking for. That kind of service really stood out. Overall, great little hidden spot with really good coffee and even better service. Definitely a place we will keep coming back to.

Wouldn’t recommend for matcha.

The matcha is faded out, not vibrant. Looks nothing like the photos they post on ig. The taste is off, it’s not high quality. It’s stored not in a fridge, exposed to daylight. The taste is off. They used a metal whisk to prepare this. They have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to matcha.

And di barista—lord, dih gyal move round di counter like a soft-footed cat through moonlight, greet mi wid one smile bright like holiday morning and ask how mi doing inna one gentle voice weh mek mi nearly curl up pon di chair and start purr; di coffee mash up mi senses inna di best way, Ethiopia drip taste like citrus and sunshine having long-distance relationship pon mi tongue, espresso crema thick like butter pon hardo bread, and di Spanish latte smooth like a cat stretching inna warm window light, every sip mek mi let out one quiet “mrrr” weh mi haffi pretend is a cough so people nuh think mi unstable. Pastries fresh enough fi mek mi tail flick—croissant flaky like it shedding pastry fur, banana bread moist like dew pon kitten whiskers. Mi also love how families come in and di pickney dem dash round looking pon di Christmas lights, tapping di doodle menu, making pure noise and chaos like lil yard kittens, and mi deh deh smiling like one proud uncle-cat hybrid watching di universe unfold. Seating comfy, Wi-Fi strong like lion, outlets enough fi charge yuh phone, laptop, and nine lives, and di place stay clean no matter how much foot traffic pass through. And she just have a calm, focused vibe, crafting each drink wid this graceful, soft movement like she tuning into some cat frequency, and mi catch miself ordering extra drink mi nuh need just fi watch how she swirl di milk wid her lil calm hand. Prices OC-standard but worth every cent, cause Reborn Coffee truly mek mi feel spiritually rebooted—mi walk out every time purring, caffeinated, festive, and ready fi face di world like a happy Christmas yard cat. Meow.

I enjoyed an iced Pumpkin White Chocolate Mocha. It was delicious. Really enjoyed that both flavors came through in the drink without overpowering each other.

Amazing staff! Try the vegan donuts - many varieties. The cappuccino was great. Might be good before you hike the river to the beach. Great staff!

Cool little coffee shop I didn’t know about. The coffee wasn’t great but the ricotta cake was delicious. I ordered a vanilla latte with whole milk. Not sure if they make in house but it was great. Probably would not go back for the coffee but the barista was very nice. Not sure if I will try their other locations.

Staff are all nice and sweet, food and drink are up there in price but pretty good. The staff deserve help on busy mornings. If theres more than a handful of customers it quickly overwhelms one employee

My favorite coffee is the coconut coffee, the flavor is delicious and creamy, the foam top is what’s coconut flavored… I have been there 4 times since it’s so yummy, when you walk in employees make you feel welcomed! You should definitely try it out. Parking is small but I have never had an issue with parking. Also I go at different times and still no issues.
