Shake Shack Huntington Beach

Got the Double Shack—Was decent this time (last time I got a single at a different location and it was just not up to par). But this double was very meaty! Kinda dry though—kept adding sauces to moisten it. The Fries just aren’t great—I think they need to up their game on fries and maybe offer some other types of sides!
Place was empty at 6pm🤔
No Service—No one greeted me. Ordered at a kiosk and then stood at the counter to ask a question and was ignored twice by a team member facing me just behind the food prep area behind the counter. Oh well.

Awsome experience. They had everything i was looking for in a burger. It had bread and cheese and meat. I didn't get the lettuce or tomatoes because those things are useless.
The staff complemented me on my gains. I was flustered so ended up taking my food to go. I sat in my car eating my burger when suddenly I realized I was day dreaming at the gym.

I gave this place 3 tries to provide a decent meal. Tried a couple of different burgers and combinations, simply because I had heard so much hype and didn't want to just dismiss my first bad experience. But each time, just really underwhelming, and definitely really overpriced. I genuinely don't get what some people like about this place.

Ordered through the drive through. It took at least 15 minutes and then I had to park to wait for my shake. By the time I got it home, my food was cold. Fries were marginal and the burger was simply not very good. The bun was oddly a little pasty. I probably will not go back here again.

Shake Shack as a company is usually spot-on with portion size, ingredient quality, and taste. However, this specific location seems to leave something out of my order every time I go. Usually, they leave out the peppers that I order for my sandwich, which is funny because I'm the only person I know who gets them on my burgers. I really love Shake Shack as a whole, but this location in specific kinda sucks.

This place hasn’t got the recognition they deserve! I was kind of skeptic to try do to the reviews but I’m glad I wet ahead and gave them a chance the food was delicious, service was great, over all I will be back!! So good and fresh!

This place made me sick and is a ripoff. I’ve been up and down out of bed all night with the worst food poisoning ever. Knowing that the reason I’m currently in the throes of catastrophic diarrhea and vomiting is because of food that costs almost $50 that was worth $1.50 is so upsetting. Never again, be smart and steer clear of this place. Overpriced and unsanitary!

Takes forever just to get mediocre and expensive food. Last time I come here. $17 for two plain burgers. 1 patty 1 bun. What a rip off!!

First and last time at Shake Shack. Went today with my wife and the experience was a huge disappointment. The ShackBurger was so tiny it looked like a slider, and the price was outrageous — $35 for two combos with fries and a small soda. The service was friendly and the place is nice, but the food is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Never going back. In-N-Out or Habit beat this place a million times over.

First time to a shake shack! The person ove the counter was very friendly and informative. He even suggested his personal favorites. Had the Carolina burger and full of flavor. Thank you!
