The employees are super loud and this place is just so loud. It’s just too loud. I had to leave when the employee who came in and apparently coming to work was talking so loud to the other employees outside the counter. It’s just not right.

Im a field worker I went to a diffrent starbucks bought cold brew vanila,
had to use the bathroom.took in my cup as proof he said you cant it dosent matter thw fat guy with beard , now Ill be even later for my apppointment everytime a starbuck dpes this to a loyal cuatmer like me I will pweminately skip that starbucks eventualy ill skip alltogethwr , staflrbucks isnt doing good I hear.

I visited this location after a 90-minute walk and simply needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, I was told I had to make a purchase to do so. While I understand store policies, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. The manager—a young man—and several other staff members were unprofessional and laughed at me, which felt both disrespectful and dehumanizing. I did express my concerns, but the overall customer service was unacceptable. I strongly believe Starbucks should reconsider its restroom policy. At the end of the day, we’re all human beings, and a little compassion goes a long way.

I visited this Starbucks to get some work done while waiting for someone. I planned to order something but needed to use the restroom first. When I asked for the code, a woman at the counter asked if I had made a purchase. I told her I hadn’t yet but planned to order once the person I was waiting for arrived so we could order together. She gave me the code.
After returning from the restroom, I sent an important business message. As I was focused on my work, I noticed employees, including the supervisor, glancing at me, whispering, and laughing. When I turned to look at them, they quickly looked away, and the woman even hid at one point. I was surprised that the supervisor, a young man, was also involved in this behavior.
I approached the woman and mentioned that it wasn’t right to make fun of customers. She responded, “I asked you to pay, but you didn’t.” I explained again that I planned to buy something once my companion arrived. She said, “Yes, but you sat down and then walked out on your phone.” I clarified that I had briefly stepped outside for a business call and had returned.
When I addressed the issue with the supervisor, he said she was “just doing her job.” Instead of acknowledging or addressing the unprofessional behavior, he dismissed my concerns. I told him I was disappointed in how he handled the situation, as a supervisor should set a better example.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing. The staff here lacked basic customer service skills, and their rude behavior made me uncomfortable. I hope Starbucks properly trains its employees to ensure all customers are treated respectfully.
Something about there coffee has an xtra kick
The place is great, of course!!!!! The only issue some of the staff has a nasty attitude 😒. Got a sandwich... pissed me off the lady threw the sandwich in the other table to get it warm .gave us a mean look.
Matt C. gives great drink reccomendation when i wanna try something new! Its great this location knows their regulars by name. Good spot for comfortable seating! Best Mango Dragon refresher (they dont use too much ice)
