Ever since the closing of my favorite plant-based fast food chain on Brookhurst, I've been so sad about not having breakfast options. Bo's Bagels has been the answer to all of my breakfast woes. I wish I would have known about it sooner. I am now here once or twice a week to get a Vegan Hamilton. Amazing fresh bagels, JustEgg, and cheese. So delicious, thank you for having it on your menu!
Very cute small local shop. It’s super clean and was filled with locals and teens enjoying breakfast. I got a plain with butter for my sample, it had a little crunch and was good. Then I ordered a dozen I got plain, salt and French toast as the girl who was making mine said they were her favorite. Tall thin very friendly blonde, great for meeting and greeting people.
