Surf Dog's Sports Grill

Not really one to write a review but tonight did it. This was my go to place for years, well since before COVID. Would go here a couple times a quarter, was always the go to, but it’s under new ownership and nothing much of decor has really changed. Old stuff still gathering dust on the walls that’s not been tended to in 5 years. Well to get to the point, after being a loyal patron of this bar, a locals bar, a great bar, I think it’s time to call it and move on. The service tonight was abysmal. I wish I couldn’t even put a star. The easiest item of the 3 of our dishes was completely forgotten about and the barmaid completely dropped the ball. When confronted she retreated like a dog with its tail between its legs and instead of coming back and “making it right” decided to send the bartender aka manager on duty to deal with the situation all because the music was playing and we had to yell over it, but bartender made things worse. Basically what I’m getting at is, all good things come to an end and it’s time to move on! Goodbye Surf Dogs!

Tuesday nights with Syd have been such a treat! Especially after a long days of work 🙏 the games, and environment and service is always amazing when Sydney bartends! Can’t forget Chaz! Amazing group of people! Thanks again girls! Keep killing it!

I had such a great experience here last night! The bartender was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made me feel really welcome from the moment I walked in.

I’m Brazilian, and at one point they even played Portuguese music, which made the night feel extra special for me. It’s those little details that really make a difference.

The atmosphere was incredible. The other customers were so kind, outgoing, and full of energy. Everyone was dancing, laughing, and just enjoying the moment together. It honestly felt like one big group of friends, even though many of us had just met.

Definitely one of the best nights I’ve had in a while. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Went in with my kids, server who was clocked out and a drunken shit shoe came up extremely aggressively to my 8 year old child with a bad attitude telling them how to behave. My child was sitting in their chair and spun in a whole circle, how crazy of a kid right? Maybe keep your hands off a kid, and probably don’t talk shit to an 8 year old. Watched her get off the clock and drink excessively…. Stay away from kids sweetie you’re drunk at 6pm my kid isn’t your punching bag . Ridiculous

Great sandwiches, great pizza, and great drinks. Cassie is an absolute sweetheart, try her Bananas Foster shot!

Great place to hang out, they have pool, darts, great food and awesome drinks. You gotta try the Bananas Foster shot, sooooo yummy!!!

Pizza is absolutely fire, service is always amazing, Kassidy was super attentive and nice. Will definitely be back. Forgot to mention they had the natty on with sound which was a huge bonus
