I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

Sorry, it was so delicious and I forgot to take a picture before 😂 I’m pregnant and cooking at home (just a smell of it) making me so sick. So I have to go to eat cooked food and ideally it’s supposed to be fast. I’m so happy I stopped by because it’s next to Trader Joe’s. Good think I don’t need to go to Trader Joe’s anymore and I can get cooked healthy meals from here!!!!

The amount of food is definitely worth the value. This could be 2 meals! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is extremely clean and shows of their clean ingredients. Also ordering from the kiosk makes the process so simple. These employees deserve a raise :)

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

It’s been a long day, usually I order off app while sitting in my ride. Today I decided to use the kiosk.. I went straight to the pictures.. shortly got overwhelmed.. Simon, must have noticed and ask if I needed any help… He was Right on time.. I’m soooo Grateful for the wonderful service I receive everytime I come here not often.. But Hank you Simon for sharing your kind heart 💖
I've visited this Sweet Green Location multiple times, but wanted to take a moment and write a review based on the experience that I had on the 16th. I was having a bad day, and was at the ordering kiosk. Mike an employee approached me, and asked me if I needed help. I told him that I always order the same thing, and he ended up providing me with a recommendation for one of their new salads. Mike went above and beyond, and provided me with excellent service.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

The food is good but the fact that you have to do EVERYTHING on the tablet and the workers kinda just watch the machine do everything I’m not very fond of.. the location in Tustin is wayyyyy better Where you go up to the workers and you go down the line while they put your bowl together themselves and ask you what you would like.. This place should start doing that
