Where to even begin with how incredible Cave Catering was? First, people were raving about the food for days. We had the lamb chops when we went for the (super professional, beautiful, immaculate) tasting and fell in love. We knew everyone would love them, and we were right! The shrimp cocktail was divine, and we also had the shrimp aguachile shooters because we couldn’t decide between the two. Cena Vegan is sort of a staple for vegan Mexican food if you’re in the Southern California area. I was impressed by the cloud kitchen set up here in Long Beach. The food hall is quite nice and well kept. There is a receptionist available for instruction if you’re unfamiliar with how cloud kitchens work. And of course, the food from Cena Vegan is always top notch.

I have loved Cena Vegan since they were only a pop-up, and I will love them until the day I die. Seriously. It's that good. Their burritos are the best I've ever had, vegan or not. They make their own meats and they are all amazing. I usually opt for the al pastor. Portion sizes are always great. And as for this location, inside of Partake? Absolutely lovely. I'm always shocked by how few people are dining here. Clean, fun music, plenty of seating.
