Went to HB to visit friends and we decided to visit Yogurtland. It was the first time I've ever been and will definitely go back. The cashier, Reese was SO nice and very helpful. She offered us sample cups and gave us recommendations. The chocolate ice cream yogurt was DELISH, it really tastes like ice cream. Thank you Reese for being so helpful and attentive to our group.

Clean shop with a nice variety of frozen yogurt flavors. I always get the original tart and Alphonso mango. My son got the pineapple mango and the lemon watermelon and really enjoyed those. Staff is pleasant.

We love yogurtland, especially on a hot day which today ended up being. I brought my girls in for a little mommy daughter date and we dug right into our selections.The inside was spacious and had plenty of seats available, as well as outdoor seating. Tables could definitely use a wipe down, and we didn't see any staff the entire time except when a girl came out for us to pay. I would have bumped it up to five stars if we had been greeted, and if we had been offered a small cup to sample flavors prior to committing. Overall my girls still enjoyed their selections including various topping that they added to their yogurt cups. We will be back and are hopeful it's another tasty experience.

I love this place, but the last 6 times I have visited... each flavor is either A) under-frozen or B) out. I understand this can happen occasionally, however it has become the standard.The under-frozen situation is particularly bad because it increases the density giving you more calories and more cost for less volume... and more importantly it is a substandard product.Staff needs to spend more time proactively managing the machines. If machines are over-used and need time to freeze, they should pull them from service temporarily to let them catch up.With 2 to 3 staff members, there should be no excuse for machines being empty.Hoping this reaches someone so I can come and remove after my next positive visit.

It's good we always loved it but it's way too expensive. The prices are just high. I can get a full meal for what I'm paying for a yogurt now you guys will not stay in business forever companies like this should follow the In-N-Out Chick-fil-A models if you're going to franchise and do multiple locations you need to be consistent and the rightsized, then you'll have a line going out the door, I know this cause I have a thriving business pricing is everything as well as quality..

Went here to try the White Elephant handle because I was curious on the mystery flavor and wanted to enter their Instagram promotion. I'm glad I did it because it was fun to try something that I have no idea what flavor it was exactly. I came as soon as they were open so the place was spotless and the cashier was super friendly. I also like to get the different spoons, this time I got a holiday red gift spoon, just perfect for the holidays. I also used my app here because you get points and can sometimes get free frozen yogurt, depending on what they offer, it's usually 3 oz.
